PITC of 02 Nos. SPS having specifications 15,000 GPH x 76 mtrs. Head each at Tube well Udheywala-V and Tube well Nether Kothay old for Augmentation / Improvement of water supply to deficit areas Roop nagar under UT Capex Budget

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 02 nos. submersible pump set having specifications 15000 GPH x76 Mtrs. head each at Tube Well Udhayawala-V and Tube Well Nethar Kothay old. Shifting of the new submersible pump sets from place of storing to workshop. Fabrication and fitting of U-shaped tie rod / clamp which is to be fabricated out of MS flat and to be fitted with submersible pump by fabrication and fitting of bolts and nuts which are to be welded on both sides of the clamp. The job also includes fabrication of expander / reducer nipple or NRV of required size which is to be fabricated out of MS plate threaded at one end and flanged at the other end. Fitting of reducer / expander nipple to be fastened with column pipe at one end with flange joint and with the discharge outlet (NRV) of the submersible pump at the other end. Coupling of submersible pump set and testing it & testing pit at workshop and shifting to site of work. Installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump sets extracting of already lowered pump sets along with worn out submersible cable and column pipes. Providing and fixing of 16 mm sq. submersible cable 110 Mtrs in length for replacing worn out submersible cable. Making of connections of submersible cable with motor leads and lowering of submersible pump set. Making of all connections with LT control panel and then testing the pump set, transformer by way of excavation of pit size 4’ x 3’ x 6’ depth near to tube well for earthing of pumping machinery. Job includes disposal of dismantled / excavated debris of permissible dumping place by manual labour, cleaning of excavated pits properly. Providing and laying of copper earthing plate 600 x 600 x 6 mm. Providing and fixing copper strips (25 x 6 mm) earthing upto ground level. Providing and filling of charcoal and salt in alternate layers for proper earthing and filling of excavated pits with good earth. Providing and laying of ½” dia. GI pipes with funnels on upper side above ground level for watering purposes. Earthing of voltage stabilizer and electric transformer by using copper strips 25 x 6 mm properly tightened with nuts and bolts. Job also includes design, fabrication and fitting of sheet around the tube well casing to cover the left out space. Clearing of area around the tube well casing by excavation of earth and disposing the excavated material at a permitted place. Providing and fixing of heavy duty sheet on the floor to avoid electric shocks during the maintenance work. The sheet must be electric shock proof, fire proof and heavy duty to bear the variable loads of pump motor set, column pipes and labor using heavy duty hinges so that the sheet can be lifted safely in case the gravel needs to be filled again. The job includes cost of submersible pump sets, lowering of submersible pump set, submersible cable i.e. tie rod, expander, reducer, nipple, nuts, bolts, rubber sheets and labour charges.
