Earth work excavation for all foundations in all type of soils and sub soils to the required depth for Footings, plinth / grade beams, etc,. by mechinaries including manual excavation for the following type of soil / rock as per detailed specification. As per SS 20B as hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling 0 to 2.0m depth consolidation depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 metre and lifts as specified hereunder etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For Grade slab, Compound wall - 0 to 2 M

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 ratio of (1 cement , 4 sand and 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation and basement for 100mm thick including dewatering wherever necessary and consolidation etc. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour charges, lifting charges, loading & Unloading and Transportation etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying M 30 Standardised concrete Mix for all reinforced cement concrete with minimum cement content conform to IS 456-2000 using ordinary Portland cement of grade 53 from approved manufacturer, manufactured sand, 20 mm and down graded size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement. works for Footings, Grade beam, retainning wall drain wall & raft , Plinth beams, Column, Grade slab, Roof slab & beam, Column drops, Pergola, Staircase waist and landing slab lintel, Sunshades, parapet Cum drops, Steps, canopy, window boxing slab, Loft, fins facia Planter box, machine foundation, elevation features and other similar structures etc..excluding necessary centering, shuttering and reinforcement which shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. in-charge The rate including cost of all designing the mix, batching plant, mechanical mixing, transporting and placing at all levels, leads, lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying, pumping the concrete to all levels, providing sleeves / openings in RCC slabs, compaction by vibrator, gunny bags for curing etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Foundation

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 550 grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Thermo Mechanically Treated Bars (TMT) conforming to IS 1786 of latest version according to drawings and binding the reinforcement with 18 gauge double fold GI binding wire and providing Concrete cover blocks to maintain the cover as required. The rate including cost of all materials, bending, tying grills, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, all materials, labour charges, wastages , laying at all levels, fixing in position, cost of cover blocks and GI binding wires etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, stair case steps, landing slabs etc with CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary CM nosing, beading as per size specified wherever necessary using the same mix etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer. S.I. 309 -- TNBP No. 55& 56

Supply & Laying with the best quality approved kotta stone slab not less than 20mm thick and the size of slab in general not less than 600 X 600 mm machine cut and machine high pre polished set in C.M 1:3 20 mm thick with white cement sluury for surface contact of the bottom of the kotta slab as per approved pattern / design as per the drawings by using irrespective of size and shapes including finishing the joints with white cement sluury, cutting, edge chamfering and polishing rough, medium nice and acid wash 450.00 and tin - oxide polish. Supply and fixing in position Hot rolled structural steel Members/ Sections consists of MS joists, channels, angles, purlins, pipes, hollow tubes, runners, insert plates, flats etc. at all levels. Surface preparation of all MS members by Sand blasting to SA 21/2 grade and painted with anti corrosive, PU paint (metallic finish) with compatible primer to a minimum film thickness of 75 microns and 2 coats of PU paint of and total dry film thickness 225 microns Rate to including all Lifts, wastage, cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding, electrodes and connections required for the work. No extra on this account will be paid for, and the rate to include preparation of fabrication shop drawings for owner's approval. etc., as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying And Fixing of Rubber Moulded Grey Premium Concrete Kerb of Size 450X125X300mm Using M30 Concrete. The Concrete Shall Be Moulded By Table Mount Vibrated With Polypropylene Fibers At 5% And Curing Compound. The Rate Shall Include Cost of Materials Transportation Loading Unloading Charges And All Taxes Including Necessary Earth Work Pointing With cm. 1:3 To Full Depth Curing Thread Lining Etc Complete .

Providing & fixing of PVC grid false ceiling. The rate includes all channels for supports and fixing charges with necessary arrangements along with transportation loading and unloading as per standards.

Providing and fixing welded M.S. grills to the window openings,along the details as per drawing with necessary screws, bolts and fixed with necessary M.S. lugs embedded in masonry with C.C. 1:2:4 and finishing the surface neatly. Rate shall welding and consumables, etc. complete, as directed. Design of grills and the size of members to be used shall be got approval before put into use & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. ( The make quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the executive Engineer before use on works.)

Construction of Granular sub-base of 200mm compacted thickness ( Drainage Layer botom most) by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Open graded Material conforming to Grading III of Table 400-1 of MORTH clause 401 ,mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift etc., to achieve minimum CBR value of 30%(Compacted Thickness) in accordance with MORT&H technical specification clause No. 401 and with all other incidental charges and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadam 200 mm compacted thickness in two layers by providing , laying , Paving , and compacting of aggregate gradation satisfying to Table 400-13 of MORTH and satisfying the physical paraeteres as per MORTH Table 400-12, mixing in a Wet Mix Plant of 200 tonne capacity at OMC , carriage of mied material to work site and laid in sensor pavers to the required line and grade as per the drawing and compacted with vibratory roller of 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% of Maximum dry density and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work.

Providing and construction of Dry Lean Concrete Base course of 150 mm compacted thickness over a prepared sub base with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 as per table 600-1 of MORTH specification produced in a batching plant and conveyed in tippers to the laying site with a moisture content as per the design mix and laid with mechanised paver finisher and compacted with a 8-10 tonne vibratory roller to the requisite grade and levels as specified in drawings with adequate curing by covering the surface with hessen cloth and keeping it wet for 7 days. The design mix shall be such that the average compressive strength of each consequetive group of 5 concrete cubes shall not be less than 7Mpa at 7 days. In addition the compressive strength of any individual concrete cube shall not be less tha 5.5 Mpa at 7 days. The concrete mix shall be proportioned with a maximum aggregate cement ratio of 14:1 where OPC is used and 12:1 where PPC or PSC is used. The minimum cement content shall not be less than 140 Kg/Cum of concrete. The rate shall include for all incidentals as specified in clause 601.12 of MORTH

Providing and Construction of M40 Grade Pavement Quality Concrete of 200 mm thickness including dowel joints over a prepared Base Course of PCC layer with 53 grade of cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, coarse aggregate 25 mm & 12.5 mm Granite/Basalt/Trap metal & clean seived approved sand conforming to the gradation asspecified in Table 600-3 of MORTH clause 602., loading materials to cement conrete batch mix plant of adequate capacity ( normaly 25% more capacity than the paving equipment preferably 120 Cum/hour ) as per approved mix design satisfying the characteristic flextural strength of not less than 4.2 Mpa.

The mix shall be transported to site in transit truck /tippers/ dumpers of 5-6 Cum capacity, laid with a slip form paver with electronic sensor fitted with vibrators shich shall operate at a frequency of 8000-10000 impulses per minute under load with a maximum spacing of 600mm and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, fixing of Dowel bars and Longitudinal tie bars ,joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, curing compound as approved, finishing with power trowel to the required grade, level and alignment, textured with texturing machine, finishing etc.,

making groove cutting for construction joint of size (4 x 10mm) and filling the same with polyurethene sealent, making groove cutting for expansion joint of size (8 x 10mm) and filling the same with polyurethene sealent, providing Isolation joint of 20mm wide to the full depth of the concrete and fixing with isolation pad of 20mm thick and sealing the top with polyurethene sealent to the size of 20 x 20mm and curing (curing shall be as per clause 602.9.12 of MORTH) including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, hire charges of machineries , including the initial saw cut and filling of Polysulphide/Polyurethene sealants in contraction, expansion joints etc., complete in accordance with MORT&H technical specification clause No. 602 and with all other incidental charges inclding the trial length and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge of work. (Reinforcement and Dowel bars shall be paid under relevant item)

Constructing solid block masonry manhole various size of deep in cement mortar 1:3( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand ) R.C.C. Raft & top slab with cement concrete 1:2:4, plain cement concrete 1:4:8 mix for base course (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size )above that 150 mm thick RCC M25 raft slab inculding reinforcement 10mm dia 150mm c/c bothways. Plastering inside walls with 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ), finished with a floating coat of neat cement ,supplying and fixing SFRC manhole cover with farame , PVC foot rest as per detailed drawing etc the quoted rate shall also necessary excavation and back filling etc complete.complete as per standard design : (the chamber and cover should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) (SOR)
