Servicing, painting, certification, labelling, refilling and periodical maintenance of CO2, ABC and Mechanical foam type of Fire extinguishers for a period of 2 years at Nagjhari Power House and Ambikanagar office complex

The bidder should have executed at least one work of similar in nature costing not less than 2.2 Lakh in a single contract in any reputed organization during the last five years. A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous work/purchase orders to bring the current price level of 2025-26. a.Bidder shall furnish copy of satisfactory performance/Work-done certificate report issued by competent authority of the firms who have availed their services certifying the performance of the similar type of works carried out. b.Bidder shall furnish copies of purchase orders or work orders with reference to the previous similar work done by the contractor. In case of bought out items, manufacturers test certificates for the same as per technical specifications confirmation is essential.

The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 4.4 Lakhs in any two financial years out of the last five preceding financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26. The bidders should furnish balance sheets/annual turnover certificates duly signed by Chartered accountant. (A weightage of 10% per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current price level of 2025-26).

Those bidders whose contracts have been terminated/fore-closed by KPCL or whose performance has not been satisfactory while executing the contract of the above within last three years are not eligible to participate in the bid. The bidder shall furnish an undertaking in this regard (Annexure-A).
