18mm to 22mm thick Kota stone slab in riser, steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3, jointed and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Kota stone in single piece in stair case including nosing to edges of stone. (ii) Mirror polish kota stone should be as per the sample kept in GE office.

18mm to 22mm thick Kota stone slab in flooring over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) jointed over and pointed in grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to achieve mirror finish, complete all as specified and directed. 18mm to 20mm thick Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) bedding including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, with and including providing nosing to edges of slab and drilling of hole for gas pipe using mechanical method, complete all as specified and directed.

Green marble work 18mm to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of green marble over and including cement screed bed laid on 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade to flooring / Window cills / steps, riser, complete all as specified and directed. Cutting of PCC/hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width & not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in treanches DWC HDPE pipe of size 50mm bore for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Sch 'A' Part - II (Schedule of credit) Amount of Rs. 18,11,605.00 during AOC. Note: Tenderers shall not quote for this schedule.
