Repair Pump chamber:-

Hollock wood doors shutter windows including Hinges, Screws, Chocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (double Leaf) @ Paneled glazed or glazed and paneled

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on new wood work With special quality paint Qty. as per item No. 19

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work with special quality paint.

White washing 3 coats inside of pump chamber.

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on new work in two coats to give even shade.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Repair of Water Works:-

Providing & fixing G.I. Barbed wire 3 Ply fencing around the head site in three routs complete in all respect including cost of winding wire & aluminimum parting complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing angle iron pickets with angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6mm including cost of concrete block and painting complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing D-Hook complete with M.S. bolts size 300mm x 18mm complete in all respect.

Construction of cement concrete footpath with masonry toe wall and earth filling inside water works as per standard.

Providing, Installing, testing & commissioning liquid hydrochloride based, diaphragm type, electronic chlorination resistant to the chemical. The chlorinator shall be provided with 100 ltr chemically resistant drum. It shall be suitable for injecting approximately 200 gms of hypochlorite solution at a pressure of 10kg per cm. sq. of Asia LMI/ equivalent make, as per DWSS standard specifications

Provision for Minor Repair & Replacement of pipe associated with repair

Provision for automated Water Controller complete in all respect.

Providing, Stringing out PVC pipes ISI Marked as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of engineer-in-charges) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches To correct alignment and gradients, cutting. Jointing and testing complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width including excavation & specials complete on all respect.(6kgf/cm²)- (Mechanical means)

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer - in – charge)

Provision for Dismantling and restoration of Road cut (Per Meter)

Dismanttling of cement concrete 80mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 over 100mm thick CC 1:8:16 and making good the same to its origional condition.

Provision for water connection 15 mm i/d MDPE pipe = 2 mtr. (Inside ground) and ISI marked GI pipe (As per IS-1239) B Class premium make such as Jindal/Hisar including cost of specials (Such as Tees, Bends, Sockets, Elbow etc. = 2.50 mtr.) (Outside ground) to household upto wall, IS marked G.M. ferrule as per IS:2692 and CI bib cock as IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approval make complete in all respects (On proposed pipe line).

Providing & installing water meter ( Domestic type) as per IS 779- 1994 or latest and karanti /Anand /Aqua/Crecent or equivalent make) complete in all respects.

Provision for Painting / Installation of Sign Board
