Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement four sand and eight hard broken stone) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm thick compacting etc. complete complyin

Random Rubble masonry in CM 1:5 mix with simultenous pointing including proper setting, curing, shoring and strutting, bailing out water etc., complete in all respects.

Supply and errecting centering with necessary supports including all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of mild steel or ribbed tor steel for all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc.complete complying with standard specifications.( The contractor has to make his own arangments for the supply of steel and binding wire. .

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.50:3(one of cement, one and half of sand and three of aggregate) using machine crushed hard granite stone jelly, of 20mm size for all RCC work excluding cost etc.complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers etc complete. .

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) using country bricks of size 8 3/4" X 4 1/4" X 2 1/4" including proper setting, curing, shoring and strutting, bailing out water etc., complete in all respects.

Plastering the surface of walls with cement mortar 1:5 (one of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick in all floors Finishing smooth, scaffolding, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Exterior Emulson with two coats of approved colour and quality over one coat of white cement primer including cleaning and preparing the wall surface and brushes, sand paper, scaffolding charges
