M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

S&F of 30mm thk PVC gril as a patition wall, colour (plain, Ivory, white & Natural wood) & design as approved by engr-in-charge. Make - Rajshri or equivalant manufacture list approved by E-in-C, complete all as specified.

Earthwork excvation in trenches with (hard/dense soil) n exc 1.5m wide and nexc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or shefts , wells , cess pits, manholes etc n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out all as specified

M &L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

M & L for White/Coloured glazed cladding ceramic tiles economy finish Gde B-II (b) quality of size 600/450 x 300 x 7 mm thick with rectified edges as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and incl 10 cm thick backing with cm 1:4.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, plates; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165
