Supply, erection testing and commissioning complete of manufacture of OEM manufactured, static silent (sound proof enclosure) diesel Engine Driven generating set capable of delivering 200 KVA/160 KW at NTP, with individual 6 cylinder 4 stroke, water cooled, 415 volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through closed coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacture, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet outlet return inlet oil arrangement exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Bhopal (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration). Anti vibration pads including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following incl integrated AMF panel made by OEM. NOTE- DG set must be CPCB-IV norms

ENGINE (PRIME MOVER):- Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, 6 cylinders, four stroke, conforming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 water cooled naturally turbo charge air cooled, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 200 KVA/160 KW at NTP outdoor atmospheric conditions at Bhopal (Taking all derating factor into consideration) including battery 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel, all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tacho meter , lube oil, temperature , pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starting system, dynamo fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shutdown) high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. ALTERNATOR- Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 4 pole,415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 200 KVA/160 KW minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” salient pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. BASE PLATE :- Made out of structural steel as per manufactures recommended design/ specifications. AMF CONTROL PANEL:- The AMF panel will be integrated with the DG set homogeneously and completely synchronized and communication compatible, front opening type protection, duly powder coated, with electrolytic grade copper bus bar of appropriate capacity for four poles with all standard switch gear, graphical LCD display & protection, internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multi-threaded copper conductor cable etc (Control panel must shows these parameters Current, Voltage, KW, KVA, PF, RPM, Hz, KWH hooter etc. inbuilt provided with microprocessor-based protection unit for Engine alternator.) NOTE- RECD also incl in the quoted rate. ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition and OX, 70 DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load alongwith testing conformance, labelling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002.

Fabricated, Supply and commissioninng of road based Mobile Trolley suitable for 200 KVA DG set with weather proof enclosure with four rubber tyres and maximum turnig diameter, hook at the front along with a spare wheel with minimum ground clearance of 250 mm with mud guards and rear, front and side reflectors sliding type with PVC ladder fitted below the base platform and should non removable. Other specification of trolley is as under :- (a) Main beam - Main beam made of MS Channel size 350 x 150 MB, cross members MS channel size 200 x 100 MB (b) Axle - 02 Nos, Axle MS 125 mm round with water proof steel forged Hubs and new Taper Roller bearing. (c) Suspension Units - 04 Nos Semi Eilliptical Leaf spring size 13/75 thk each spring consists 15 leafs and landing gear are mechanical type (d) Turn Table - Turn table made of MS channel 125x 75 mm with Angle rings 40 x 6 mm and pipe Bushes with Locking Bolts 50 mm (e) Draw Bar - Triangular Draw Bar, Detachable type 4 ' long made of MS Channel 75 x 40 mm (f) Towing arrangement - Spring loaded steel towing Hook of 50 mm round. (g) Floor sheet - Floor fully cover with 10 mm thick MS Sheet (h) Tyre assembly - 4 Nos New tubeless tyre assembly (Nylon) std Make ( Make approved by Engr-in-Charge) (j) RIM - 04 Nos heavy duty new RIM Assembly. (k) Finishing and painting - Finishing with Grinding and 01 coat of Red Oxide (Primer) and 2 coats of super synthetic Enamel paint. (l) Fittings - Necessary fittings like light reflectors 3 M tape, 02 Nos Name/Number plates. (m) Accessories- 01 No Tool Box. Notes - (i) All fabrication electrically welded and finished with grinding. (ii) The DG set will be mounted with suitable anti vibration modules and will be fit to run 60 KMPH on road as complete as required.

S & F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sq. mm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S & F cable with copper conductor (16 sqmm ) PVC round sheathed (flexible) with copper bonded rod of 20 mm x 1 mtr x 4 Nos (02 for Neutral + 02 for Body Earth) and all connecting assessories for earthing, complete all as specfied and directed by EIC.
