Providing and fixing to existing door frames - 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60 x 30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (+- 0.2 mm) with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side . The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised / plastic brackets of size 75 x 220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws . Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws , all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) – Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing 100 mm brass locks (best make of approved quality ) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royality and carriage complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) – Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 16 mm.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness (cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified.

Desilting the canal by removing silt, slush and debries from the bed of the drain removing the grass , bushes etc., complete in unhygenic and foul condition including disposal of the same within an average lead of 1KM without polluting the environment by mechanical means.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipes(Finolex / jain / Supreme / Truebore / Nandi) (0.4 Mpa)conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment, testing of joints with required testing equipment,including cost of solvent cement,excluding UPVC specials such as bends,tees, threaded pieces, couplers, reducer, endcaps etc.,complete all as per IS and CPWD specification. - 160mm dia.

Providing and fixing in position UPVC moulded saddle set (Finolex / jain)(0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked,including labour charges for jointing, jointing materials etc,complete - 110 x 20mm dia.

Supplying of electrically operated wet type submersible motor and pumpset (Texmo/KSB/Taro/Kirloskar make), AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2900-3000 RPM. The pump shall have brass impeller, high grade steel shaft with sufficient stages with suitable suction and delivery sizes, complete. The rate includes, all taxes, freight, etc., FOR at site in UT of Puducherry. The pumpset shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of commissioning.(5 HP Submersible motor and pumpset open well).

Supplying and fixing of DOL starters 0.5 HP to 5 HP with relay range 0.63 A to 13 A with suitable M.S. angle frame complete.

Supplying and fixing of 1x3x4 sqmm (single run) PVC insulated copper submersible flat flexible cable of Finolex make complete.-upto 10HP pumpset.

Supplying and fixing of C.I. adopter which is to be connected to submersible pump delivery pipe.-75/80 mm dia.

Supplying and laying of 16mm dia nylon rope for holding of motors.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 35 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing hoisting and fixing at Ground floor roof level in 1:2:4 Mix (1 cement: 2 course sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 nominal size) precast cement concrete in moulding as in ornamental cornices (Madana kattai-75x120x150mm size at 150mm centre to centre-kodugu) including fixing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), centering, shuttering, scaffolding and finishing smooth with 10mm thick cement plaster band in 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) to support precast pieces,etc. complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge (As per drawing).

Ornamental works in columns (upto 12 feet height) top capital and bottom bush work by suring KANDIKAL bricks of equivalent with one inch thickness. Groove plastering works with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete as per details shown in the drawings no PY-TK- TFC 02 (A)

Providing and laying quary dust mix 1:1 of 150mm consolidated thickness using 0.68cum of quarry dust & 0.56 cum of gravel for 1 cum finish to a soaked CBR value of minimum 20 including cost and conveyance of quarry dust and gravel to the work site and stacking to the standard departmental gauge for pre measurement, mixing the required quantities of quarry dust and gravel, spreading watering and consolidation the mix by power roller rolling to achieve the required proctor density including the labour charges for mixing, spreading hire and fuel charges for power roller and all other tools and plants employees etc. complete

Providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) ornamental grill work with hollow tubes, channels, plates, decorative materials, etc. including welding grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature, wherever required and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts, bolts and brackets for linking the adjacent grills (i.e) fixing the railing in granite flooring by making holes with core cutting along with its accessories. The cost including making holes to required size in granite floor, etc. as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and laying granite stone of 1.0 x 0.60 mts size and 150mm thick laid over PCC bed for Ghats / pond steps including rounding off and filling the joints with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) cement slurry including cost of three line dressing, overlapping of the stone slab should be minimum 150mm for steps and benching stone slab etc. The finished surface shoule be neat and clean free from stain of cement mortar to the required degree camber and gradient all as directed by Engineer in charge. The cost is exclusive of PCC bed. The measurement will be taken in sqm area of tread and benching. (Exposed surface only and no measurement for overlapping will be given).

Providing and laying 50mm thick granite stone flooring of size of 900x 600mm over the required thick bed mortar (20 mm average thick) with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) filling the joints with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) cement slurry including cost of two line dressing etc. all as directed by Engineer in charge, finished surface should be neat and clean from stain of cement mortar. The granite stones should be provided with the same shade to the existing floor stones, as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 50mm thick granite stone flooring of size of 900 x 600 mm over an average thickness of the 50mm thick well compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) cemet slurry including cost of two line dressing etc. all as directed by Engineer in charge finished surface should be neat and clean from stain of cement mortar. The granite stones should be provided with the same shade to the existing floor stones, as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of stone slabs to a minimum length of 900mm and 40mm thickness with 3 line dressing over an average thickness of 20mm thick bed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), filling the joints with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 fine sand) cement slurry, all as directed by Engineer in charge, finished surface should be neat and clean from stain of cement mortar. The granite stones should be provided with the same shade to the existing floor stones, as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of stone slabs of minimum length shall be 900mm and 25mm thickness with 3 line dressing over 20mm average thickness of cement mortar of 1:4 (one cement and four sand) (Similar to existing laid granite stone).

Extra for prefinished nosing to tread of steps (full nosing) all as directed by Engineer in charge (Similar to existing steps shape).

Providing and laying chequered precast concrete tiles 22mm thick in foot path and courtyard and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and cleaning, etc. complete on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) light shade using white cement.

Providing and fixing PVC four way floor trap of approved quality including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors 100mm inlet and 40mm to 65mm outlet.
