Providing and laying in position brick aggregate of specified grade including the cost of Centring, Shuttering and Carriages. All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1cement 4 coarse sand 8 graded brick aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg./sqm. and coarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately) For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints Size of tile 800x800 mm

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. In all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Fume Red Brown

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 13753 ( miniumum thickness 5 mm ) of approved make in all colours, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry (complete job)

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent (complete job)

Extra for making moulded nosing in terrazzo including returned moulded ends and angles to mouldings.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc. including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and fixing tiled False Ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm both side inclusive ) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T”

12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595x595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part-I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.
