S& F 1.25 mm thick of Mild steel sheet eaves gutters, galvanised class 3, half round with rounded edges incl clamp and all jointing materials also for all necessary cutting of gutters incl end cap, centre joint, end with drop, elbow plain, socket elbow, saddle cup, Gutter outlet as required etc and 100 mm dia pipes, drilling for bolts and jointing and fixing in position, all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of post holes, filling and mass concrete all as specified.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

S & F Fe-410W(GdeE-250) quality B Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified.

S& F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as directed.

S&F of 110mm dia PVC SWR pipes single socketed in any length with rubber rings joints laid in trenches or in floors 110mm bore, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out, in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Exacavating over areas , exc. 1.50 mtr but n.exc 3.0 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Exacavating over areas , exc. 3.00 mtr but n.exc 4.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide or n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for pipe line, drains, foundations of sewarage lines or manholes and like and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in hard/dense soil in excavated approved soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

M&L 1:3:6 type C-1 precast cement concrete (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width and not exc 20cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 compete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified & directed. (with water proofing compound).Note: WPC Shall be measured & apid separately as supply only

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for fine aggregate (Coarse sand ) for filling in recharge pit including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for filling boulder, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded complete all as specifed and directed

M&L loose filling with stone aggregate broken to gauge n exc 63 mm, all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L for RCC type A-1 (1:1.5:3) using 20mm graded aggregates for staging slabs, slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, and the like complete all as specified..

Providing precast RCC using 20mm graded aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles set in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F deformed or twisted TMT bar 10 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm or securing with clips complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel Framed work ornamental and intricate design such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balluster; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and simillar works conforming to Fe290 gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F UPVC rain water gutter of 150 mm width fitted with UPVC/GI clamp fitted to egde of galvalume roofing iron sheet with proper slope towards the down pipe to facilitate easy flow of rain water including all accessories & fitting along with such as end cap, centre joint, end with drop, elbow plain, socket elbow, saddle cup, Gutter outlet as required etc. GI clamping of gutter should not be more than 1m c/c starting from one end of the gutter.

S&F for 100/110 mm size HDPE pipe PN-10 single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint laid in trenches or in floor, wall etc including all fitting, bends,single T, double Y etc as required complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor topping, 100mm thick including provision of expansion joint, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of 6 sq mm 2 core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable all as specified and directed

M & L for sand cushioning on under ground cable proveded with layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning on under ground cable proveded with layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm depth after punning down and stretching the cable complete all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge
