Excavation in soil in hilly area by manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with in all leads and lift as per drawing and MORD technical specifications cluse 1603.1 including carriage of materials within all leads and lift complrte as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classifications of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibated ) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge Including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and diposal upto all laeds and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying Plain / reinforced cement concrete in open foundations complete including form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clauseas 802, 803, 1202 and 1203. PCC Grade M-20 Nominal Mix (1:2:4) One cement is to two sand is to four graded crushed stone agreegate 20 mm (twenty millimeters nominal size) including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete grade- M-lO(Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement: Three sand :six graded crushed stone 20 mm (twenty millimeters nominal size) concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in in open foundations curing complete including form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203. including carriag of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry /stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v);20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 614,,709,1204.3.7 and as per satisfaction,directin by Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materails with in all leads and lifts.

Back filling behind abutment ,wing wall and retaining wall of granular material complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain / reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete including form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clauseas 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 upto all heights. RCC Grade M-25 (1:1.5:3) One cement is to one and half sand is to three graded crushed stone agreegate 20 mm (twenty millimeters nominal size) including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure (Fe 415) in substructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification clauses 1002, 1005, 1010 & 1202 including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Compacting original ground supporting subgrade, Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the direciton of Engineer-in-Charge.

Water Bound Macadam Sub-base/base: WBM Grading 1: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means, including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM Grading 2: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means. including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directios of Engineer-in-Charge.

WBM Grading 3 : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means. including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directios of Engineer-in-Charge.

Prime Coat: Medium porosity: Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction. including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directios of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275( Zero point two seven five kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD techanical specification Clause 503 ( Five hundred three) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (twenty five milimeter) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tones per hour using curshed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static paver finisher with sensor controll to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and erecting a "W"metal beam crash barrier comprisingof 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal rail 70 cm. above road/ground level fixed on GI Sheet channel vertical post 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 1.5 m center to center, 1.80 m high,1.10 m below ground /road level, all steel part and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fitting to conferms to IS:1367 and Is:1364 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm,330mm long complete as per clause 810 including high intensity grade all weather proof reflective sheeting multi colour tape fixed with mechanical means with high visible(cautionary) from long distance i.e. in fog prone area, black spot point and narrow curve etc. including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
