General up-keeping / Maintenance of Satwari R.S Pura Road Km 6th to Km 10 th during the year 2026-27

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Removal of unhygienic materials (so classified by the site engineer) from designated sites and its disposal as per directions, all inclusive.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead .With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing/Laying, watering and compacting in layers not exceeding 200 mm thick with 80 to 100KN road roller, River Bed Material free of organic material mixed with coarse aggregate /Round Nallah Shingle maximum aggregate size 75 mm including carriage from source to site of work inclusive all leads and lift complete.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying non-pressure of specified class R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement: 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. Non-pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes 450 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe

Labour enganged for Various minor works Emergent nature required at site( Sweeping/Filling of Potholes/Removal of Mulba/Clearing of Drains/Culverts etc.)

Engaging JCB for clearance of removal of Bulk Mulba/Building rubbish dumped by locals at road berms.

Engaging Tractor trolley for disposal of mulba,unhygenic material away from site.
