Taking down old roof treatment of any description , any type including removal of old Tar felt, screed, bed etc from roof surface and adjoining parapets and removing the debris material to a distance exceeding 1500m out side defence land

M&L for brushing neat cement slurry at 3 Kg of cement per Sqm for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete / plaster surfaces all as directed .

M&L for Cutting out cracks to 6 mm wide 'V' section in existing roofs or terrace , cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 mixed with and including chemical compound SUPER LATEX of DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or SBR LATEX of STP LTD as per Manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed complete.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) of STP LTD @ 200 ml per 50 Kg per cement, as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 ml per 50 Kg cement as per Manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

(b) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm
