Excavation for pipe lines running under pressure in trenches and pits, in open areas, where disposal of surplus earth is done alongwith the alignment including trimming & dressing sides, leveling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, cutting trees and bushes, etc., refilling consolidation and watering of refill, in 15 cm layers and restoration of unmetalled or unpaved surface to its original condition, including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion of traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, watching, fencing etc., and outside the town in ordinary soil:- {HSR 6.8(a)} (a) without timbering and shoring up 1.5 metres depth

Stringing out A.C./P.V.C pipes and specials casting along trenches and laying the same in trenches, to correct alignment and gradients including cartage from divisional stores or nearest railways station to site of works and return of pieces of pipes to stores. (HSR 28.7 (e)} (e) 150 mm internal diameter pipeline

Jointing A.C./P.V.C. pipes and specials with cast iron detachable joints/split coupler P.V.C. joint fitted with bolts and nuts excluding cost of detachable joints/split coupler P.V.C. joints rubber rings, bolts and nuts but including cost of labour and tools etc. and tested complete. (HSR 28.8) (e) 150 mm i/d

Cutting A.C./P.V.C. pipe and specials and chipping or filling surface to a uniform finish. (HSR 28.9[e]) (e) 150mm i/d

Providing and fixing of PVC specials of Prince / Supreme/Skipper make as per detail given below:- (NS) (i) Tee 6" x 6" x 6"

Tee 6" x 6" x 4"

(ii) Elbow/Bend 6" x 6"

(iii) Reducer 6" x 4"

Supply and fixing of Female Threaded Adoptor (FTA) of Prince/Supreme/Skipper Make, complete in all respect. (NS)

Supply and fixing of Cast Iron Flange with rubber Jain ISI marked of best quality, complete in all respect. (NS) (a) 100 mm i/dia

Supply and fixing of Air Releage Valve (ARV) consisting of G.I. pipe 25 mm i/dia G.I. pipe 'B' class ISI 6'-0" long , 150 mm i/dia PVC saddle piece, 25 mm i/dia C.I. Non return valve and nuts & bolts etc. complete in all respet of Ravindra/Prince/ISI mark as required by the Engineer In-charge. (NS)

Supply and fixing PVC Control Valves (heavy duty) of 6" i/dia size of Prince/Supreme /Skipper make, complete in all respect. (NS)
