M&L for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces thickness not exceeding 50 mm in depth and area not exc 400 sqm and removing scarifying material from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (min.) binder content of VG-30 by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% (min.) binder content of VG-30 by weight of total mix, laid by mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for premix bituminous macadam laid with 4% (min.) binder content of VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surface and marking with reflective thermoplastic white/yellow road marking paint conforming to clause 803 of MORTH specifications, laid through road marking machine in 2.5 mm thick layer of high quality reflective thermoplastic road marking material using 5 Kg material per square meter by incorporating the white glass beads 250 gms/Sqm for reflectivity for lines, dashes, arrows,zebra marking etc complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from green work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. (ii) The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary, the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS studs of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of plain cement/Asphaltic concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm in thickness (below or above GL) and removing debries out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (Plain Cement concrete) type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base of floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for 80 mm thick, M-40 grade machine pressed rubber form moulded precast interlocking concrete coloured (Red/yellow) paver block over 50 mm thick sand cushioning in any shape and size with grey cement and pigment as approved confirming to IS 15658-2021 complete all as specified and directed

M & L for precast cement concrete type B1(1:2:4) (20 mm graded ) as in kerb stone, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on concrete surfaces in different tint of any description over 10cm width or girth over a coat of primer including preparation of new surfaces , not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls or ceiling etc including raking out joints , hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete or brick surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in any position not otherwise specially provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing debris outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for providing reinforced cement concrete Type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/ roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered edges, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs and similar work of fair finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed .

M & L as in repair for providing precast cement concrete type B0 (1:2:4) (12.5 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4) louvers and jallies, 35 mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair speed bump (speed breaker) made of heavy duty ABS with high resistance wear & tear properties, US stabilized black and yellow coloured, high reflective reflector having length 500mm width 400 mm and height 75 mm coloured fixed on ground with necessary bolts as recommended by manufacturer and filled with PCC 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) on hollow space of speed bump complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing of old/new black top road surfaces and writing cautionary letter like STOP, LOOK, GO etc. in capital letter with applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint with thickness as per (IRC-35 : 1997). Size of letter will be 30 cm in wide, 150 cm in length and 80 cm in width. Writing material shall be confirming to MOST ( Ministry of surface transport) specification 803.4, vol-III as laid down in the specification for road and bridge work (third revision) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Convex mirror 100cm of polycarbonate material on road junction and corners with adjustable brackets complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for fabrication and erecting of sign board of size 1200 mm x 800 mm (size of ACP) erection in position including taking down old one as directed and adopting the following specifications / measurements: (a) Main Post 2 Nos of stainless steel pipe 50 mm dia & 1.5 mm wall thickness of grade 316, each post of length 2.00 metre (1.70 metre above GL and 0.30 metre below GL). (b) Frame around ACP, fabricated with 25 mm size stainless steel square tube with 1.5 mm wall thickness including fixing arrangement for ACP and welded on main post. (c) 2 Nos aluminium composite panel 3 mm thick (each of size 1200 mm x 800 mm) in non metallic colour of approved shades consisting of 2 mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating or equivalent, of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (Service) coating on other face, fixed over SS frame mention at Sl No (b) above complete all per manufacturer's instruction & as directed. (d) Providing on Exposed face each ACP sheet, High intensity prismatic grade retro reflective sheeting as base and with cut out massage (legends borders, letters numerals, site map etc, as per design and pattern approved) with high intensity prismatic grade reflective sheeting, pasting as per manufacturers instruction. Make of sheet shall be 3M ,series 3930 or equivalent make approved by the GE. (e) Excavating 2 Nos post hole of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 450 mm in soft loose soil and fixing of main post and filled with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone grade, removing surplus soil to distance not exc 50 metre and site clearance as per site requirement and satisfaction of GE complete all as specified and directed .
