Vegetation clearance including uprooting rank vegetation, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level with disposal lead of 500m.

Removal of fallen debris of fort wall consisting of earth, stones, boulders & other foreign materials including sorting out and stacking serviceable materials at suitable place at site and disposal of unserviceable materials at lead of 500m by mechanical transport etc.

Taking out bulged out, out of plumb, sunken and weathered Ashlar stone masonry wall very carefully by manual labour and chain-pully blocks after properly numbering the stones one by one so as to reset them in their original position including sorting and stacking of serviceable materials in rows at a suitable place. Brushing and washing of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials and debri to a lead of 100 m. and lift of 1.5 to 2.5 m. complete

Resetting of Ashlar stone masonry with huge stone blocks in moulded, ornamental and plane courses in super structure very carefully with chain pully blocks and manual labour with 100% available stones to replace broken weathered and missing stones in lower courses complete in lime mortar 1:1:1(1lime: 1surkhi: 1 sand) including washing and brushing complete to match with the original

Manually excavating the earth and transporting the excavated material away from site including transportation, stacking , lead-lift, leveling etc complete as directed

Providing and laying lime concrete in floor 20 to 25 mm brick blast of well burnt mixed with 50 % lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1-lime, 1 Surkhi, 1.Sand, 4 brick aggrigate) after removing of accumulated rubbish, including beating and treating with split bamboo and thappies till surface hardened for water tightening, including adding 2% solution of boiled water of Gum, Gur and belgiri- fruit complete

Providing R.R masonry of sandstone in lime mortar 1:1:1 in inner core of wall including compacting finishing uneven & honey combed surface including curing etc. complete with lead of 100m etc (Salvage 100%)

Reconstruction of fallen fort wall in CR stone masonry of 80% new CR stone of Size 0.45 X 0.3 X 0.23 (Avg. Size) of 1st sort sand stone in lime mortar 1:3 of veneering wall is three line dressing of five side except rear side of stone with racking out Joints on the inside with watering and erecting of scaffolding upto height of 06m with lead of 100m and lift of 06m etc. (Salvage-20%)

Reconstruction of fallen Battlements of fort wall in CR masonry with 80% new CR stone of Size ( 0.5 x 0.3 x 0.23 m) (Avg. Size) of 1st sort sand stone in lime mortar 1:3 over veneering wall in three line dressing of five side except rear side of stone with carving the stone making gun holes also racking out joints on the inside with watering and erecting of scaffolding upto height of 06m with lead of 500m and lift of 08m etc.(Salvage-20%)

Providing of pointing with lime mortar 1:1:1 including erecting scaffolding wiping out mortar showing the edges of stone with lead of 100m and lift of 6m etc.

Provision of detailed conditional photography, drawing with plan, section, elevation of various part of the fort including provision of photography of during and after conservation of work.

Provision of skilled supervisor while execution of the work for maintaining the labour and quality of work.
