Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick with soils in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 1.50 Km but n exc. 5.00 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type D2 ,1:4:8 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in posts, foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel fencing posts, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats , nut & bolt any size & length etc including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, gates etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts with hexagonal or squre heads at one end and screwed at other fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm and diameter of neck in 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 75mmx75mmx4mm dia chain link MS galvanised fencing or any size or type including line wires any type of standards rails,standing bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire and taking down old fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1, 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1: 6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing Precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) type C1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate and setting in mortar 1: 6,complete in walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying three coat of white wash on surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required of walls complete all as specified and directed

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered concrete surfaces (obtaining smooth surface) of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finished 30cm x30cmx25mm th with grey cement and pigment , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 20 mm thic screeed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Providing Precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings.kneelers, apexstones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintleblocks, ancho-rageblocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed

M& L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm)graded aggregate) 50 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but not excluding frame set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing louvres and jallies all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, wall and stanchions Square,rectangular on plan or polygon etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but not exc 20cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations, footing, plinth beams, bases for columns etc.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete type A1, 1:1.5:3 ( using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in column, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel TMT bars upto 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No. 31.00 here in before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded graded graded aggregate) as in coping, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic design tiles 450x 250x 7mm/ 600X 300X 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick back coat in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20 mm thick [table rubbed and polished] machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone in as in flooring and landings of stair case, treads including cutting and polishing of tiles over 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel (Grade 304) of railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

ITEMS APPLICABLE FOR JOB 'B'

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for sliding/openable doors, windows, ventilators and partitions fixed portions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285,, with using aluminium section 75mmx45mmx1.25mm as in partitions and and door chowkhat section door section 47.62mmx44.45mmx1.67mm,middle section of door 83.50mmx44.45x1.49mm and bottom of door section 114.30mmx44.45mmx1.75mm and not less than weighing 0.55kg/m if any section required including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodized aluminium snap beading screws,sliding arrangements, including Sheet glass of 5.5 mm thick and 12 mm thick both side prelaminated particle board etc height of glass and particle as directed by Engr-in-charge as per site requirment incl dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket incl suitable hinge,aluminium handle and locing arrangements etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all necessary arrengement complete all as specified and directed. Note : All the aluminium sections provided under this item shall be as mentioned in the approved manufacturer's sections/fittings.
