GE/H/T-18 /2026-27 COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF DG SETS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT AHRR UNDER GE E/M RR HOSP DELHI CANTT-10

Comprehensive, Preventive, Periodical Maintenance and Servicing of stand by DG Sets of the capacities mentioned below and installed at various locations at Army Hospital (R&R) complex under GE (E/M) RR Hospital by deploying 01 Electrician/mechanic for round the clock in three shifts of 8 hrs each in every 24 hrs including sunday and holidays for the smooth functioning of stand by power supply system. Carrying out the checks of DG set and all DG set parts / components i.e Engine, Alternator, AMF Panel etc, cleaning of DG sets internally, externally, batteries etc, carrying out all day to day maint checks, periodical checks, checking of control panel parameters i.e voltage, frequency, power factor etc.This also includes attending breakdown/complaints of standby DG set whenever required round the clock to rectify the fault to restore the standby supply for smooth functioning of DG set system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge :- (i) DG set 1500 KVA - 06 Nos (ii) DG set 500 KVA - 01 Nos (iii) DG set 320 KVA - 02 Nos (iv) DG set 250 KVA - 01 Nos (v) DG set 100 KVA - 03 Nos Note :- (a) The contractor will submitt the MoU from OEM or authorised dealer of OEM all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and will carry out the work of DGSet as per MOU. (b) Servicing of DG Sets shall be carried out by OEM or authorised dealer of OEM. (c) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by the Govt of India including all statuary provisions.

(d) All Measuring equipments / T&P required, minor items like copper control cables, fuses, indication relays, nut bolts, clamps, hose pipes etc and any other activity/ minor items not listed/covered here above and required during /completing the work for smooth functiong of DG Set will have to be arranged by Contractor incl transportation (to & from) and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoated rates. (e) Major Spare parts shall be paid separately under relative item of this schedule as supply only. However fixing charges shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates only. (f) A sum of Rs. 5000/- will be recovered from the contractor for non rectification of breakdown/fault after 24 hours from lodging of complaint telephonically or verbally
