Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Supply and fixing brass polished hydraulic door closure of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 450 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.

Providing and laying of 8 mm thick vitrified floor tiles of approved brand (bell, Johnson or equi. make) in size of 600x600 mm of approved shade, colour and pattern as approved by Engineer incharge with adhesive of approved quality on existing smooth floor including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item 36 above but for every coat after first coat.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-47 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Renewing panes of 4.00 mm glass including supply of glass with putty and brads including supply of all materials, labour and t&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.(B) glass of 4 mm thick.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densifiedr Armstrong false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 x12 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as perBS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6 SUB HEAD : 26- NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS 1632 mm reveal profile white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 22x19x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge. 26.23.1 With 12 mm thick Armstrong Miniral Fobre Sound Absorbing Sheet including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and Fixing of 8 mm Table top Glass with edge polish all respect as approved by E/I.

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .

Supply and fixing brass polished 200 mm Door handle set with Lock Body Godrej or Equivalent make its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing & fixing of Lamination both side on flush door complete with all fittings(excluding cost of Door Lock & Door Closure), etc all complete all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing 12mm toughned glass Partition with 12 mm modi float glass fixed edge to edge as per design and drawing and polished where reqired along with neccesry hardware all complete as per drawing ,specification and direction as approved by E/I

Providing & Making & Fixing of Wall Pannelingas on damaged surface The surface cladded with 6mm Water Proof & Fire Retardent ply fitted with the help of nails sulution on wall surface as per the approved design all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by the Architect/ Engineer -in-Charge.

Supply of mar keen cloth for binding file required for proper completion of the work.

Supply of labor for binding file and sifting file and furniture required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, Fixing & Fabrication of Executive Table of size (W 1500 X D 760 X H 750) MM with side runner (900x390x760) including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work approved design by E/I.

Fabrication & Fixing/Instalation of Table of size (W 1350X D 600X H 750) MM with side runner (800x390x760) including cost of all Fitting, materials,labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as approved design by E/I & as per site requirement.

Supply and Fixing/Fabrication of Computer work station table (W 1200 X D 600 X H 750) as approved by E/I.

Providing and fixing superior,approved quality cotton curtain height approximately 2.65mtr upper side margin 0.05mtr, lower side margin 0.02 mtr, upper side margin fitted proper tape for hanging curtain with the help of hooks and rings at DIFFRENT cabin of Shakti Bhawan Extn, Lucknow as per direction of Engineer in charge. The work includes cost of all labour, material and T&P etc.
