Operation and maintenance of Electrical installations in all buildings, 500 KVA DG Set, Panel Boards, Pillar Boxes, Area Lightings etc., at Marine Dockyard Complex for a the period of one year (2021-2022).

Amount

Attending routine operation and maintenance of all electrical installation in all building, area street lights, pillar boxes, all centralised panel board, old slipway, switching ON & OFF, giving shore connection and providing welding supply in Dry Dock-I Complex including replacing the fused tubes, bulbs, chocks, starter, fan capacitor, MCCB, MCB's switch boards, switches, ceiling fans, area lights, Panel boards, pillar boxes, giving minor/ temporary wire connections, power cable puncture/ repairs, switch on and off all area lightings and any other emergency works etc., complete by engaging the following workmen excluding all electrical materials required for replacement which will be supplied on free of cost by the department but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools & plants, GST, labour welfare cess, transportation charges of all materials etc., complete.

Assistant Electrician (SSM) - 01 No./Day - 08 hrs Duty/Day

USM - 01 No./Day - 08 hrs Duty/Day

Painting of the pillar box and panel board of Dry Dock No.I Complex etc. complete with one coat primer paint and two coats of synthetic enamel colour paint as per direction of EIC including cleaning the surface to be painted and labour charges, GST, Labour welfare cess, minor tools and transportation charges but excluding cost of paint, primer, thinner which will be supplied by the department on free of cost etc., complete.

Operation of 500 KVA Diesel Generator at Dry Dock No. I Whenever the electricity department power failure it all working days, Sundays and holidays by engaging the following workmen including the operation of control panel for providing smooth power supply to various sections in Dry Dock I area, Marine Dockyard for providing uninterrupted power supply. Attending minor repairs to the electrical installations as and when required and as directed by The EIC including cost of all labour charges, GST, labour welfare cess, minor tools and plants etc., complete.

Assistant Electrician (SSM) - 01 No./Day - 08 hrs Duty/Day

Rewinding of Air circulator - wall mounting fan Heavy duty motor with approved 35/36 gauge copper wire, removing the burnt coil, cleaning the stator thoroughly, changing the bearing, applying required Varnish and heating it properly, including cost of all materials required such as insulation paper, sleeves, capacitor and soldering the lead, and assembling the unit including cleaning the entire surface, painting with one coat primer and two coats synthetic enamel paint etc., complete. (Including GST & Labour welfare cess).

Attending miscellaneous electrical maintenance works, assisting the electrician in repairs/maintenance works by engaging following workmen in addition to the above labours mentioned in Item No. (1) as and when required/on any emergency as directed by EIC (Including GST & Labour welfare cess).
