Demolishing dry brick pitching in floors, drains etc.including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. From KM 5.100 to 6.200

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8-12 ton capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50m.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tipper to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.with material conforming to grade II(size 53mm to 0.075mm)having CBR value25

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8-10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spraying unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per [email protected] Kg/sqm

Providing and laying dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
