Taking down carefully existing copper/aluminium point wiring of any type (light/fan/socket or power) complete fixture and fittings such as switches ,ceiling rose, regulators,sockets etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per sch of credit) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor, ceiling etc.

M & L for point wiring in replacement with copper conductor cable multistrand, PVC unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm size FRLS for one light point / fan point or bell point controlled by one switch including one run of 1.5 Sqmm multistrand FRLS PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable for earth continuity in and including PVC casing and capping of approved size,make and quality ISI marked, including providing suitable size of copper lugs and all other required accessories as specified in Preamble 1(a) to (q) of section 19 of SSR Part-II under heading 'Point wiring' fixed on walls/ceiling including sunk cast iron boxes concealing on wall for mounting fittings like switch, sockets etc covered with 3.00 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover all as specified and directed. M & L for Sub main wiring in replacement with two single core FRLS, PVC insulated and unshseathed copper wire multistrand of size 6 sqmm along with 4 sqmm single core FRLS, PVC insulated and unseathed copper wire as earth wire connecting to common earth including providing suitable size of Copper lugs for connections of cable with MCBs or bus bars and including PVC cancealed conduit of appropriate size and best quality ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, as earth lead complete including 40 mm bore dia protection pipe GI medium grade upto 7.5m length, watering pipe 15mm bore dia GI medium grade 1.70m length, charcoal & salt filling, necessary earth work in any type of soil including Rocky soil also, concrete pit, funnel removal of surplus soil upto 50m distance all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connected to earthing test point, main board/upto main DB including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting/ grooving on plinth/wall/verandah in any condition for laying of cable through pipe and making good the disturbed surface by using cement concrete 1:2:4 type C-2 using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 40 mm GI tubing light grade galvanized with all fittings for protection to U/G cable along poles, walls, flows, road crossing including necessary cutting of road and making good in original surface where required all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:-cutting of road, making good in original surface with PCC 1:3:6 deemed to be included in quoted rate

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/laying of cable etc including getting out in any type of soil and taking out bricks and cable complete all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Returning filling–in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing of surplus excavated soil n exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the staring point all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable 8 cm thick layers below the cable and 15 cm thick above the cable in trenches using fine screened river sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. (Note:-Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X075 mm abutting each other for cable protection all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe 1.5 mtr long bent in shape required fixed to pole/ wall with two Nos MS clamps made out of 25x4mm thick flat including nuts and bolts and washer etc complete for fixing of street light fitting including taking down existing and fixing to street light fitting on bracket complete
