For undertaking the work of Sweeping and cleaning of Red Fort complex, delhi

Providing housekeeping, deep cleaning, and comprehensive maintenance services for the premises of Central Protected Monument (CPM) Red Fort, covering designated areas including all pathways/paved areas (open to sky area) inside Red Fort complex. The work shall be executed on a composite job basis utilizing a combination of mechanical and manual means as required. The scope includes deployment of necessary machinery, eco-friendly consumables, specialized heritage-safe cleaning agents, regular sweeping, mopping, stain removal, and dust control where ever required. The scope also mandates complete deployment for intensive deep cleaning prior to the visits of VVIP Delegations, national celebrations, or any event related works as directed by the Site In-charge. Rates shall include the collection, segregation, and daily disposal of all accumulated garbage, debris, and waste to municipal dumping grounds outside the fort premises, complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge / Site In-charge. (Rate as per approved data sheet).

The work shall be executed on a composite job basis utilizing a combination of mechanical and manual means as required. The scope includes deployment of necessary machinery, eco-friendly consumables, specialized heritage-safe cleaning agents, regular sweeping, mopping, stain removal, and dust control.
