Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and removing debris outside MD land upto 04 storeys buildings, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15-20 mm average thick Ready Mix Plaster in multy layer of make / brand - ACC's Accoplast / CK Birla's Aerocon /mixed with liquid water proofing compound on other than fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, including use of scaffolding, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats Oil based distemper over a coat of alkali resisting priming paint over 1 mm thick (average) Birla white putty, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of external walls / ceilings by scrapping / rubbing and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic) Apex Ultima Protek of Asian Paint or equivalent make over a coat of primer including use of scaffoldings, complete all as specified and directed.
