Polished Rajasthan Kota Stone Slabs of 20mm thick with Machine Cut Edges of size 2'0" x 2'0" and above of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of CM 1:3, 20mm Tk and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40 kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per the colour & quality of tiles should be got approved.

Weathering course with broken brick jeely for 20 mm size mixed with pure slacked lime (no sand to be used) in proposation of 32:12.5 cft to proper gradient,well beation with wooden beaters etc

Terrace flooring with one coarce of new machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2 cm using Cm 1:3 with water proofing compound 2% weight of cement used and the joints pointed with same morter etc complete.

Ceramic tiles flooring laying with new ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6 mm laid in C M 1:3 inculding cost of white cement and labour charges etc
