(ii)While laying the cable the site executive, Engineer-in-Charge and GE shall make sure that necessary testing prior to laying and after laying before energizing has been carried out and test cerificates from the manufacturers are obtained from the contractor and kept in record and shall be produced on demand to visiting Officers..

Supply and erecting steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts and screw as specified, type 410 SP-31, 9 Metre long including two coats of aluminium paint including dismantling of existing unserviceable pole including demolition of PCC work complete all as specified and as directed.
