Maintenance of various Sports Complexes/Golf Courses (A/R M/O of the works at Siri Fort Sports Complex for the year 2026-27).

Providing and fixing 19mm thick blockboard BWR type of make century,Duroboard, Jwala or equivalent conforming to IS 1659:2004 with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing plywood 4 mm thick, one side decorative veneer conforming to IS: 1328 (type-1), for plain lining / cladding with necessary screws, including priming coat on unexposed surface with : Decorative veneer facings of approved manufacture.

Providing and applying Polyurethane (PU) paint finish on wooden surfaces/woodwork in approved colors and shades, including thorough surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, and smoothening), application of primer/sealer, intermediate sanding, and finishing coats to achieve a uniform, smooth, and durable finish. The work shall include proper protection of adjoining surfaces by covering side panels, fittings, and adjacent areas with paper, polythene sheets, and masking tape, and carefully removing the same after completion without damage. All materials, labor, tools, and incidental works shall be included, complete in all respects, as per drawings, specifications, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete: 125 mm

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing heavy type telescopic drawer channels of approved make 500 mm long with screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete. 40 mm

Providing and supplying High Back Boss Chair of approved make and model, designed for office use, having ergonomically designed medium height backrest and seat. The chair shall be constructed with a strong and durable plywood wooden frame of approved quality, duly seasoned and treated. The armrests shall be made of polished wood with cushioned support, properly finished to match the overall aesthetics of the chair. The seat and back shall be made of high-density polyurethane foam of approved make and suitable thickness to provide adequate comfort and durability, upholstered with superior quality leathrite tapestry of approved shade and texture, neatly stitched and firmly fixed over the cushioning. The chair shall be provided with a knee tilt mechanism enabling smooth reclining movement and equipped with a gas lift arrangement for height adjustment of the seat. The base shall be made of heavy-duty chrome-finished metal, providing stability and strength, complete with fixed base frame with wheels/casters. All components, fittings, fixtures, and accessories shall be of standard quality and the entire chair shall be complete in all respects, including finishing, polishing, and assembly, as per approved design & make of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Visitor chair with 14 SWG round pipe frame having chrome finish seat and back made of polyurethane foam of approved make and chrome arms having wooden/pu cover all complete as per design and brand approved by Engineer in charge.

Providing Executive 3-seater sofa designer for boss cabin with or without arm seat backing of soft foam, seater tied with zig zag spring with elastic and having 90mm HR foam with 0.5mm soft foam covering with cloth as per design and brand all complete and approved by Engineer in charge. Size in mm - 1985 (L) X 830 (D) X 870 (H) all complete with installation as per direction of Engineer in charge. Note :All foam shall be of make sleepwell / springwell / springfit or equivalent.
