Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification SS 20B.

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification.

Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five sand) for foundation and basement using new stones including simultaneous pointing of the exposed surfaces and all incidental charges such as baling out water, scaffolding curing finishing complete with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.29 m height for plain surfaces such as RCC slabs rectangular beams Tee or L beams lintels, stair case beam etc. in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and BG10 gauge stiffended with welded mild steel angles of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak country wood joists of size 10x6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported with casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specification in all floors. (for ground floor)

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild steel or ribbed tar steel rods, for all RCC works as per the design given by the departmental officers including cost of steel cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with binding wire and all labour charges for cutting, bending, tying and placing in position etc, complete.

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using country bricks of size 8¾"x4¼"x2¾" including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification

Ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshade canopies, stair case steps, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 10 mm thick including packing the surface and provided necessary cement mortar nosing, headings as per the size specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.

Plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement and four sand) 12 mm thick finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for curing and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat i including preparation of surface finishing neatly etc. Complete with standered specification.

Supplying and fixing of steel door with frame(three leaf) of size 1.00 x 2.10 m and cost including welding and convayance of all materials to site locking arrangements and painting one coat of primer etc. complete.

supplying and fixing of steel window with frame of size 1.50 x 1.30 m and cost including welding and convayance of all materials to site ,locking arrangement and painting one coat of primer etc. complete.

Paving floor with colour ceramic tiles of size 200 x 200 x 6 mm in all floors over the base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20 mm thick pointed with white cement at 0.40 kg/m2 including finishing the joints etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers (The rate should be exclusive of cost of flooring concrete 1:5)

Painting the new iron works, in all floors, two coats of best synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand (to be approved by executive engineer before use on works) over one coat of primer including scrapping and preparation of surface, cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq mm (22/0.3)PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in fiush with wall 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switches with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / fan point. SD -25

Supply and fixing of 4’40 W single industrial type flu.fitting complete with copper choke and condenser with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from the terminals to the fitting with flu.tube. SD.87.

Supply and run of 4 of 6 Sq.mm (84/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.(SD 68)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32 A single phase service connection with 32 A fuse unit (500V) 32 A neutral link and earthy link (1” x 1/8” copper flat) on TW plank of size 375 mm x 300mm x 19 mm with supporting TW reepers of 1” thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit. SD.123.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 150 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base / Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5.

Rubberized Interlocking Paver block M40 grade providing and laying of 83 mm thick high strength type confirming IS 15658-2006 of Rubberized Interlocking Paver block in required size of minimum compressive strength of 40 N/mm² in uniform shape of approved non sticking make to be laid In flooring bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base preparation of sub-base with sand cushion 100 mm thick laying out the pavement and the pieces to fit edge.
