Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light/fan/socket power) including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, with using one coat of putty and two coats distemper on distubed surface complete. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down main switches/DB's along with existing board including removing the same from site and making good the disturbed surfaces, floors with using one coat of putty and tow coat distemper on disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type and description including removal of teak wood batten/pipe, floors with using one coat of putty and two coats distemper on disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable/Burnt, Underground/service cable of any type & size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, multi stranded, FRLS copper conductor cable unsheathed drawn through and including 20mm dia PVC conduit with all fittings of medium grade ISI Marked duly concealed by cutting chases and making good to match with surroundings including necessary periodicals applying one coat of putty and 2 coats of oil bound distemper along with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm as earth wire, connected to common earth dolly suitable for mounting switches including metal flush boxes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge for the following points:- Note: The work includes cutting of chases and making good disturbed surfaces and quoted rate shall deemed to be included the same aspect.
