Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil ( vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance upto 50M including all lifts leveling ramming the foundation treanches, removing roots of trees, and shrubs all complete as per approved design, building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts including cost of all materials labour, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing P.C.C.M-150 in nominal mix of (1:2:4) in foundation with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering mixing cement concreting in mixer and placing in position vibrating striking curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing R.C.C.M-200 with nominal mix of (1:1.5:3) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of stone chips 20mm to 6mm size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, shuttering mixing cement concreting in mixer and placing in position vibrating striking curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

providing Tor steel reinforcement of 8mm,10mm dia bars as per approved design and drawing inclusive carriage of M.S. bars to work site, cutting, bending and binding with annealed wire with cost of the wire, removal of rust, placing the rods in position all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Making of sculpture in clay:- Making of clay model with modelling clay and other structure making materials for modelling . It will include the making cost of the artists & its helping hands with all technical aspects required for the same (freedom fighters 11 Nos) as per direction of E/I .

Making of sculpture piece mould in Glass –Fiber in 2 layers:- Making of glass fibre piece mould from the clay pattern/sculpture with the help of G.P. resin and fibre mat etc as per technical requirement for making of mould including technical experts with all complete as per direction of E/I .

Making of sculpture in Glass –Fiber in 3 layers ( included assistant , labour and Sculptor costs ):-Making of G.F. statue in reinforced glass fiber resin for making of final pattern for approval and to be transformed in metal statue with all complete as per direction of E/I ..

Colouring of Sculpture with N.C colour with Spray with all complete as per direction of E/I . .

Making of all thirteen nos sculpture in Bees , Micro & Paraffin Wax of 6 to 8 mm thickness and covered with Grog -Plaster of Paris core with iron and mess reinforcements for pouring Bronze metal at 1340 degree temp. ( included assistant , labour and Sculptor costs ) it also includes the pouring channels made of wax composition with all complete as per direction of E/I.

De-waxing for 72 hours in brick chamber with a size of 8'x8'x8' with Coal and woods for the drainout of the wax pattern and burning of the grog mould to make it wax free for the preparation of metal pouring with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Cost of Bronze for all thirteen nos sculpture 10 times by weight of wax composition . 50 % of channels are reused so the cost of (Channels are deducted from the total weight of the metal Bronze ) Copper – 85.87 % , Tin – 3.5%, Lead – 3.5%, Zink – 3.5 %, with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Rent of instruments and cost of Crucible of 150 kg with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Making of temporary furnace with fire bricks and Metal door:- Making of furnace with fire bricks metal sheat and local chimney for melting bronze metal upto the temp of 1340°C approx.with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Labour components for pouring,de-gorging and channel Cuttings etc with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Bridging of bronze pieces with Bronze rods ( including labour components and required gas ):-Breezing of pieces of sculptures extracted from grog mould has to be welded with same material (Bronze) with iron frame with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Polishing , chipping and Patination with salts and required acids with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Final polishing at site with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supply, transportation and installation with Crane and pulley . ( including labour components) with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Artist charges for making sculpture:-Artist charge of making completion of the bronze statue with all making and chiseling and punching work as required to make the statue complete finished with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Final polishing of Beer Budhu Bhagat and Swami Vivekananda at site with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Supply, transportation and installation by lifting the statua to the distanation with Crane and pulley. ( including labour components) with all complete as per direction of E/I.

Artist charges for making sculpture of Beer Budhu Bhagat :-Artist charge of making completion of the bronze statue with all making and chiseling and punching work as required to make the statue complete finished with all complete as per direction of E/I.
