ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR STREET LIGHT WITH MATERIAL (AMC)

Annual Rate Contract for regular operation and Maintenance of all Type LED street Lights and park light Fixture e (Postiop, flood light) of all wattag (watt 18, 20, 25, 40, 70, 130 watt & above) with complete materials, Suchas PCB, SPD Drivers, Glass, Chip, Wire etc Including line maintenance (as per scope of work). Complete in all respect. Which also include following work,Maintain the power supply from LT line to meter panel to Auto ON-OFF timer panel to feeder pillar to fuse box/junction box.,For overhead lines supply should be maintan from LT line to meter panel to auto on/off panel to street light fixtures.,iReplacement of damage cable of any size up to 100 mtr.,iv Replacement of damage contactor and auto on/off timer.,Replacement of damage MCB, MCCB, HRC fuse of any rating,vi Replacement of damage fuse box/junction box,Replacement of damage overhead line road light conductor up to 100,Replacement/Repair of LED street light if reparing matarial not available viii than replace by changing new light by own expenditure of same wattage The Contractor have to replace all type of cables (AB/Underground overhead) upto 100 mirs, by own expenditure if cables are completed ix damaged & not repaimable.,1 rate unalyasis acc. To dib approved light point and pannel rate,Replacement of damaged/theft wire from JP boxes to light points,The contractor have to operate and maintain CCMS pannels, Web based functionality including instanteous position of clectrical paremeters like voltage current, power factor, phase/power availablity, fault/error trigger, Active appocant power. Online/web hased functionalities as per scope of work mentioned in tender documents.,The contractor must arrange transportation vehicle along with ladder, xit golves, torch and other protection devices which required.,In the case when the fault is major and immediate restoration of phase line for street light is required, contractor must deploy extra labour as per si direction of engineer in charge,Contractor will be liable for any type of miss happening or accident at the site contractor will not be eligible for any type of claim against the NPC xiv for the same.
