Maintenance and development of lawn at Admn Building compound sector 34 Chandigarh for the Year 2022-23 and onwards. (2nd Call)

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :

Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20mm

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Officer-in-charge (Cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

Supplying insecticides/pesticides as and when required all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

a) NPK/Urea

Maintenance of all plants (potted plants also included ), shrubs, hedges, trees, grassy / non grassy lawn including watering, cutting, pruning, mowing with manually operated /mechanically operated lawn mover, forking the soil, mixing necessary manure, uprooting weeds and removing all rubbish, dry leaves and disposal to the approved place, leveling of undulations by filling mixture of sand and good earth etc. applying insecticides / pesticides by using devistan, furaden , M-45 or Rogour etc. and chemical fertilizers like NPK , urea, bone meal etc. and also spreading sludge, manure and good earth as and when required all and plantation of supplied plants if required or any other work related to horticuture work all complete as per directons of E-in-C. All rubbish, dry leaves shall be collected at the approved place in campus which shall be removed to approved municipal dumping ground. The removal of dry leaves, waste and other unserviceable material from campus to approved municipal dump shall be paid extra. The rate include the gardeners, T&P etc. and cost involved in all the above operations and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Note:Insecticides/pesticides/sludge/ manure etc. to be paid in separate item. (The scope of work is for lawns and plants in BSNL Admn building sec 34 & TE building Sec 34 Chandigarh).

Supplying trees such as Ashoka, Chakrasiya, Cycus Palm, Fycus Benjamin or any other variety as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. The plant must be healthy enough of minimum 4 feet height. The rates includes the cost of replacing the same if plant dies during the stipulated maintenance period or three months, whichever is more all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying Hybrid plants/Flowers (Like Aster, Salvia, Patunia, Cineraria, Carnation, Verbena, Dahlia, Pancy, Nemesia, Petunia double hybrid, Geranium, Kale, Rose Floribunda, other varieties suitable to season etc.) at every change of season in existing pots/ Gamlas/ Big trays as and when required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of dry leaves / up rooted weeds / rubbish / tree/ stems / malba / similar unserviceable horticulture waste with tractor trolly or truck of capacity 200-250 Cft. By mechanical means including loading , transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by E-in-C, beyond 50m initial lead, for all loads i/s all lifts involved. (Each removal by tractor trolly or truck will be considered as one job)

Engagement of additional Mali/ Labour to assist in maintaining the lawn as and when required for removal of extra vegetation / bushes of inside / outside the campus all comp all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
