Work

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrw pit with lift 1.50 m transporting to site , spreading grading to required slope and compaction to meet requirement of Table 300. 1 and 300. 2 with a lead of 1000 m. as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 MORD 301.5 (3.4)/SN-15 ROADWORK including 10.00 k.m. extra cartage.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 Cm. in depth but exceeding 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 2.1.1 all kind soil 0.30 m & Above SOR 2021-22 Earth work 2.6.1

Providing and laying 600 mm dia Non Pressure NP-3 class for culverts on first class bedding of grainular material including fixing with grainular material 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works backfilling concrete and masonry works in head walls as per SOR 2021-22 Road works 38 MORD 1106

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Tachnical Specification Clause 401

Edging with straight over burnt bricks, laid dry lengthwise, including excavation,refilling, consolidation, with a handpacking and spreading nearly surplus earth within a lead of 50 metres. As per SOR Ch. 25 ROAD WORKS morth (11.15) SOR 21

Providing Laying spreading and compaction stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405.

Providing Laying spreading and compaction stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.
