Supplying and filling of Gravel in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc., Complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE 1:2:4 (One cement two M.sand and four aggregate) using machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RECTANGULAR COLUMNS,top and bottom slabs of boxing,sunshades etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five P.sand) 12 mm., thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,

WHITE WASHING TWO COATS using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder etc.,).

PAINTING the plastered surface using TWO COAT of Oil Bound Distemper (OBD) / Acrylic Bound Distemper (ABD) as per the specification of the approved colour to give an even shade at the internal walls including cost of brushes and all other materials required and scaffolding charges etc.,(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before use on work).Complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

PAINTING the wall surface using best quality of TWO COAT EXTERIOR EMULSION PAINT of the approved colour and quality for outside wall surfaces as per the specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges.(The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work). Complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required design and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm x 23cm x 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M.sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles complete complying with standard specification.(The rate is inclusive of redoxide and water proofing compound) and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of steel ROLLING SHUTTERS with ISI Monogram as per ISI specifications made out of 18 gauge x 75mm lath sections including fixing with curtain book plate guide channels, rollers and hook cover. The curtain shall be of 18 Guage x 75mm lath sections cut to required size and fixing with heavy C.I. / M.S. clips. The lock plate shall be of 18 Guage M.S.sheet reinforced with 40 x 40 x 6 mm M.S. Angles at the bottom and fixed with heavy latches and locking arrangements on either side with one handle on either side. The pressed guide channels shall be of 10G M.S. sheet attached to the side brackets with 20mm square brackets shall be of 10G.M.S. plates and C.I.'U' clamps shall be reverted to the side bracket. The roller shall be a heavy C.I. pulley fitted with heavy duty 'c' class steel 40mm pipe and two numbers of high tensile carbon coil springs. The hood cover shall be 0.9mm CRCA sheet reinforced with 25 x 25 x 3 mm M.S. angles or gate channel. The rolling shutters in addition to the above shutters have. [Note: The measurement of shutter will be for chair opening (or) lath section provided shall be not less than 3 Nos for 2.4m high rolling shutters etc., complete complying with standard specificaiton and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing in position STEEL GRILLS. Square bars 12mm is welded to the inner face not exceeding 10cm spacing, All the members of the Grils shall be painted one coat with red oxide primer. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour charges including cost of welding electrodes, transportation to site of work loading, unloading and all other charges etc., Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for finishing the flooring with hydraulic mechanical devices using power ramming and power finishing etc., Complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

UPVC Ventilator specification: supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Louvered Ventilators of from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile size of 60 x 78mm both profiles are reinforced with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profile are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm The EPDM rubber (Black Colour) covered with all over the edges of frame and shutter. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations pin headed glass 4mm thick should be provided in the louvers. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Supplying laying and jointing various diameter of PVC PIPES of approved quality (Finolex) and best variety conforming to I.S.S. and with I.S.I. mark including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials but excluding cost of such specials and fixing to wall by concealing them including chipping and making holes on the walls or drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portions to original condition including cost of special clamp with screws nails teak wood plugs and any other accssories necessary for fixing in position etc., Complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of TRUSSES with structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should included the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of colour metal roofing sheet of 0.45mm thickness special type (Galvanised sheet) with approved brand quality including cost of necessary machine type screw, nut, cub washer, bitumen washer etc., Complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS with two coats of Enamel paint of approved quality and colour over a priming coat with approved quality of red oxide primer. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work).
