Installation, Testing and commissioning of 2 Nos. 750 KVA DG Sets after shifting across the road from LHC Sub-Station.

Dismantling of existing silent type diesel generating set of 750 KVA rating, 415V complete with Diesel Engine mounted instrument panel, alternator, base frame and foundation, 12V / 24V DC starting system including shifting of DG set with hydra at new foundation approx. 30 Mtr. distance across the road. The work comprises of dismantling of existing MS shed for 750 KVA DG sets (approx. 50 Sq Mtr.) including cutting of various sizes MS angle iron frame etc. as required.

Dismantling of existing fuel tank and pipe for 750 KVA DG set including shifting and refixing of fuel tank and pipe at new DG set erection site.

Dismantling of existing exhaust pipe, silencer of 750 KVA DG set including shifting and refixing of exhaust pipe with proper support, thermal insulation for silencer with 50mm thick mineral wool / Rockwool, wire mesh including providing cladding with 24 SWG aluminum sheet etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of silent type Diesel Generating set alongwith Diesel Engine having prime power rating of 750 KVA, 415V at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415V suitable for 50HZ 3 phase system and for 0.85 load factor and consisting of Diesel Engine mounted instrument panel, alternator, base frame and foundation, 12V / 24V DC starting system as per specification complete as required.

Providing and fixing of outdoor feeder type bus bar junction box with front open door made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel of size 1 Mtr. x 0.50 Mtr. x 0.30 Mtr. comprising with 3 Nos. 1000 Amp for 3 phase and one no. 500 Amp for neutral aluminum bus bars on insulators and having arrangement for connection of 3 x 3.5 x 300 sqmm LT cable on bottom and top sides. The panel shall be installed on 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm MS angle iron frame with 4 x 0.5 Mtr. legs including grouting the same complete as required.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 6.1 ---- In stringers, treads, landings etc. of stair cases, including use of chequered plate wherever required, all complete

Supplying and laying of 12 core x 2.5 sqmm size polyethelene (XLPE) insulated PVC outer sheathed cable with copper conductor (A2XFY) for rated voltage of 1.1 KV conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I)/1988 with latest amendment armoured with galvanized steel strip (with ISI mark) direct in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required. Supplying and laying of 12 core x 2.5 sqmm size polyethelene (XLPE) insulated PVC outer sheathed cable with copper conductor (A2XFY) for rated voltage of 1.1 KV conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I)/1988 with latest amendment armoured with galvanized steel strip (with ISI mark) in the existing masonry open duct as required. Supplying and laying of 3½ X 300 sq mm size polyethelene (XLPE) insulated PVC outer sheathed cable with aluminium conductor (A2XFY) for rated voltage of 1.1 KV conforming to IS:7098 (Part-II)/1988 with latest amendment, armoured with galvanized steel strip (with ISI mark) direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Supplying and laying of 3½ X 300 sq mm size polyethelene (XLPE) insulated PVC outer sheathed cable with aluminium conductor (A2XFY) for rated voltage of 1.1 KV conforming to IS:7098 (Part-II)/1988 with latest amendment, armoured with galvanized steel strip (with ISI mark) in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 12.1 ---- 200 mm dia (OD-200 mm & ID-175 mm nominal)

Providing and making 200mm dia hole (approx.) for laying of DWC HDPE pipe under the road with auger/bokki approx. 75 cm below the ground level complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 15.1 ---- 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
