Upgradation of Division office at Karwar: The work includes Earth work excavation for Foundation by mechanical means, Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete for levelling course for all works in foundation with M-15, Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building for Column & Roof Beam with M-20, Providing and laying in position Reinforced cement concrete for all Super structures of building for Stairs & Roof Slab with M-25, Supplying, fitting and placing TMT FE 550 / 550D Steel Reinforcement, Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry Work for 1st Floor, Providing 12 mm cement plaster for Ceiling, Providing 15 mm cement plaster for Inside, Providing 20 mm cement plaster for Outside, Supply & Fixing of TATA PRAVESH Doors, Windows & Ventilators including Fames, Grill, Mesh & openable doors and sliding windows, Providing and Laying Vitrified Floor Tiles with thickness 9-10mm, Providing dado/skirting on 10mm thick Mortar 1:4, Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm, Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles, Distempering with oil bound Washable distemper for Inside, Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two coat applied @ 1.67L/10 m² over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 m²), Providing and Fixing on Wall Face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipe, Refilling available earth around trenches/pipelines, complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing water supply and sanitation arrangements (Including Supplying & Fixing of Pipes and Fittings, Taps, Valves, Tilet / Bath Basins, Wash Basins, Inspection chamber with Frame, Storage tanks, Mirrors, Towel rail & UGD Connections etc Where ever necessary as directed by the Engineer in charge).

Providing Electrical arrangements works (Including Supplying & Fixing of Wiring, Point wiring using Copper wire with switch. Short, Medium & Long point to out let via switch, Conduit pipe, unbreakable PVC modular Junction Boxes with Palte, Switchs & Sockets with 16 Amps 3 pin top, LED Lights 18-20 watts, LED modular down light 1'x1' 34 -22watts, LED Street Light 70W, Exhaust Fan, Air Conditioners, 3 star, 2 ton capacity, Fan 48" Sweep 5 Star (1200mm), Residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) 240/450V up to 300mA, 11KV UG Cable, MCB distribution board earthing etc. Where ever necessary as directed bythe Engineer in charge.
