NOTE:- (i) Services shall be provided for attending and completing complaints on same day on urgent basis by providing technician with safety gadgets, tools and necessary equipments as per govt norms and as directed by Engineer in charge. (ii) The services provided under this item with necessary technicians(at least one welder) during the period 0800 Hrs to 1700 Hrs with 1 hour lunch break on each day shall be measured as one job for payment purpose. (iii) The rate quoted under this item shall include provision of technicians as directed above with all necessary tools and plants along with spares such as welding rods, safety gears, welding transformer, consumables, tools as required at site. (iv) All the items required in completion of this job will be supplied under relevant items of this BoQ. (v) In case if services are not attended in any particular day / time penal recovery @ double the quoted rate will be effected from the contractor for that day.

Material and labour for applying evenly epoxy resin coating polymer Modified cementicious coating like Brush bond of Fosroc as per manufacturer's instruction including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 30 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete, type C2, (1:3:6) ,using 40mm graded stone aggregate in flooring, path, hard standing, plinth protection etc and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs suitable brass spindle all as specified for repair of Bib tap, Stop valve, angle cock etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs syphon kit as required for low level flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs syphon kit washer for flushing cistern complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs cup board/ drawer magnet complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC waste pipe of 32 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.
