M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

S&F 18/19mm thick Block boards, grade 2 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face and balancing commercial face fixed with screws to timber or iron frame work as in cupboard shutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 18/19mm thick Block boards, grade 2 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face and balancing commercial face fixed with screws to timber or iron frame work including suitable size PVC fillets to cover the front edge of board and suitable size of wooden cleats fixed as in cupboard shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised (ISI marked) complete all as specified.

S&F hasp and staple of size 100mm aluminium anodized safety type with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified.

Roughening and preparation of existing old top surfaces of roof slab by picking, brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor / gunny bags to remove all loose dirt / foreign materials and washing down to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate with maintain the proper slope of the roof & similar surface with and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The screed bed shall be provided while the PCC surface is green.

M&L for flush pointing to brick laid flat or brick tile terracing as in roof in CM 1:3 with and including raking out joints / pointing brick work or brick tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs complete all as specified.

Material and labour 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified.

Fixing only 40mm thick brick tiles as obtained serviceable after dismantling under item No 2.00 complete. Note :- Serviceable brick tiles obtained from Srl Item No 02 shall be reused after proper cleaning and washing all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound @200 ML per 50 KG by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the old decorated plastered /un plastered surfaces of walls including cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot etc. and applying one coat of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on wall surface to give uniform and smooth surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel / composite / UPVC tubing and connection from any position concealed / exposed including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel / composite / UPVC tubing and connection from any position concealed / exposed including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 15 mm bore steel water GI tube medium grade with all fittings / connections & MS clamps / clips and necessary screwing as required complete and fixed with or without concealed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

S&F 15 mm bore steel water GI tube medium grade (as in short length of pipes under 1.00 metre length) with all fittings / connections & MS clamps / clips and necessary screwing as required complete and fixed with or without concealed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Srl Item No 23.00 & 24.00:- (i) Majority of Srl Item No 23.00 & 24.00 is required to be executed for replacement of Internal water tubing of quarters. Quoted rates shall deemed to be included necessary cutting, provision of joints / fittings and other aspects arise during execution. The contractor shall verify the same at site before quoting the rate. (ii) For purpose of recording of measurement of short length pipes a schematic diagram duly approved and signed by Engr-in-charge shall be endorsed on MB while claiming payment under short length item of BoQ.

Fixing only GI water tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade, with & including supply & fixing all new fittings (ISI marked) / connections & MS clamps / clips and necessary screwing as required complete and fixed with or without concealed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed Notes :- (i) Old serviceable water tubing retrieved from serial item No. 21.00 here-in-before shall be used. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

S&F 20 mm bore steel water GI tube medium grade with all fittings / connections & MS clamps / clips and necessary screwing as required complete and fixed with or without concealed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only GI water tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade, with & including supply & fixing all new fittings (ISI marked) / connections & MS clamps / clips and necessary screwing as required complete and fixed with or without concealed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed Notes :- (i) Old serviceable water tubing retrieved from serial item No. 22.00 here-in-before shall be used. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for repair/replacement of joints of GI / composite water tubing (15-25mm bore) by replacing existing joints by use of reducer / provision of new GI fittings with and including re-positioning of water tubing as required on site during execution of works as per suitable method and all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be included the Items required for replacement of joints like Tank nipple, reducers, Tees, Elbows, Nipples, Unions, Sockets, CP nozzle male/female etc. (ii) In case, New water tubing is required during re-positioning, the new water tubing shall be paid in respective item of BoQ.

S&F in repairs MS clamps / clips and necessary screwing to fix / anchor the water tubing of any dia with wall / ceiling / floor at approx spacing of 1.5m centre to centre all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) 01 No MS clamp clip shall be provided at a spacing of 1.5m length centre to centre. (ii) Minimum 01 No MS clamp shall be provided in case length of pipe is less than 1.5m.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks exc 250 litres and not exc 500 litres and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. without taking out water tank from the position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, of capacity exc 250 ltrs and not exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Leakage of PVC water tanks shall be repaired with silicon gel, M-seal, and other suitable method as directed by Engineer-in-charge and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Dismantling old unserviceable PVC water tank capacity exc 250 ltr and not exc 500 ltrs & removal from site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (colour other than black as approved by Engineer-in-charge) triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked, hoisted & fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc. complete as specified in SSR Part-I.

S&F Ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore (minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.
