Supply and fixing of 11 KV , 630 Amps, outdoor type Compact switch gear Ring Main unit Extensible type " CCV+ M " having 02 Nos. Load Break Switches and 01 Nos Vacuum circuit breaker all Motor Operated modules ( Total number of modules 3 Pcs + 1 Metering modules) ,with IP class as IP54 for outer door separately , inside the RMU there shall be an additional cable door with IP3X and Mimic of IP2X and necessary PCC foudnation work as recommended by manufactuer along with bottom cable entry and front cable termination complete all as specified and directed with following specification:- Note : (a) RMU shall be IAC AFLR 20kA/1s tested with gas release from top of the Switchgear to ensure utmost operator and pedestrian safety .Test report(from an STL member Lab) shall be submitted along with drawings of the RMUs . In case the test report is not found suitable , the RMU shall stand liable to be rejected. (b) The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU. (c) Additional items like Operating handle etc. shall be delivered with the RMU

(d) RMU shall be completely motorized with all SCADA contacts terminated on a designated Terminal Block for easy Take off by the SCADA team for integration.Same contacts shall be clearly mapped in the Engineering drawings for approval with designated TB nos. for easy identification and integration. (e) RMU tank shall be of 304 grade ,Non-magnetic, Non-ferrite Stainless Steel. Inferior Grade of Steel shall not be acceptable. (f) RMU shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of trouble shooting at site and quick repair and restoration at site. (g) Earth switch should be on line side and should have making capacity. (h) Contractor shall purchase RMU directly from OEM and necessary factory inspection shall be arranged before dispatch RMU from OEM premises. The testing officer shall be nominated by accepting officer after written confirmation received from contractor for RMU is ready for testing with all respect as per CA provision. All testing and inspection shall be carried out in OEM premises in presence of testing officer and contractor. The joint inspection report shall be submitted after completion of testing. All expenditure in this respect should be bore by contractor and inclusive in quoted rate. No other charges admissible to contractor in this respect after ward. Material and labour for earthing complete with gavanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs below gorund level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr beolw normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6mm size upto a distance of 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts , check nuts and washers of galvnised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated and testing complete including execvation earth work drilling holes for electrode PCC pit & cover , funnel , water pipe , lugs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

The rates inclusive of making Platform made with brickes and necessary PPC at Bottom and Top and plastering complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-charge

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levilling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exeecding 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Soil to a distence not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground electric cable including punning down of sand in layercomplete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: for measurement purpose punned thicness of sand only will be considered.

Supply and Laying burn brick size 225 mm X 113 mm X 75 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge

Material & labour for GI steel tubing light grade for protection of cable/ earth continuty conductor fixed to poles/ walls/ roof or laid in floors, road, crossing or ducts fixed with clamps , bolts nuts and wahser etc of pipes of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
