Repair of 250 KVA Electric Transformer of LIS Chajja along with allied works

Repair to 250 KVA LT electric transformer installed at LIS Chajja in Rajouri district by way of disconnecting of HT and LT line connections from transformer. Removing the top cover after unscrewing all the nuts and bolts along with dismantling of HT & LT bushes. Draining out of transformer oil from transformer tank at site. Taking out the coil assembly using chain pulley and other allied tools and tackles. Dismantling of damaged HT coils-12 nos and LT Coils- 03 nos from the coil assembly at site. Carriage of damaged coils to road side using tools, tackles and manual labour through hilly terrain. Loading in mechanical transport for further shifting to workshop for repair. Dismantling of coils at workshop and rewinding of HT coils with the aluminium wire of requisite specifications as per original design and varnishing complete. Dehydrating/drying the coils. Reconditioning of LT coils by way of rewinding of the aluminium coils as per original design with insulation material and varnishing complete. Then carriage back of newly rewound coils along with other allied material to the site of installation in similar manner. Servicing, cleaning and flushing of transformer tank by using appropriate chemicals to clean all the deposits and repair to radiator of the transformer to plug the leakage at multiple spots, drying completely. Fitting of the newly rewound coils (HT & LT) to the legs of the coil assembly and fitting of the core and making connections of the coil assembly. Lowering of the coil assembly in the container after making proper connections. Providing and filling of fresh transformer oil 200 litres approximately in the tank of the transformer. Providing and fitting of HT bush rods, set of gasket, sundry items and insulation required. Complete assembling of transformer using new nuts, bolts and washers as per site requirement. Making all the electrical connections on HT and LT side along with proper insulation. Checking for continuity, insulation and putting the transformer on no load and then on full load. Complete Job includes cost of material, skilled/semi-skilled labour charges, carriage/shifting charges, hire charges of tools and tackles required at LIS Chajja. Complete Job.

Replacement of damaged Aluminium Cable from L.T pole to Main switch at LIS Chajja. The Job involves disconnecting of damaged Aluminium Cable. Providing, laying and fitting of PVC aluminium cable 400 mm2 , 3.5 core 15 m of reputed make with 400 mm2 aluminium thimbles duly crimped with the aluminium cable ends, insulation tape roll, cotton tape rolls etc. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, hire charges for tools, tackles required for the job and labour charges at site.complete job.

Servicing of 2 No. 100 Hp automatic star delta starter (standby) by way of extraction of coils at the site then cleaning of the tanks.
