Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth obtained from excavation of foundation in layers not exceeding 150mm including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be Made on the basis of the Measurement of finish quality of work).

Filling in foundation or plinth by fine sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity)

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Dismantle all types of Masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable Materials at site &removing the rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 Mtr in ground floor including roof.

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. in ground floor including roof. Upto 150 mm. thick

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars in ground floor including roof.

Dressing and chilchalling Road flanks including cutting and filling with earth up to 150 mm average thickness finished with outward cross-grade of 1 in 30 (Extra quantity of earth for filling shall be obtained from road side borrow pits.)

Preparation and consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller of 8 – 12 tonne capacity after cutting exiting road upto required depth, dressing to camber and consolidation with road roller including making good the undulation etc and rerolling the sub-grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 meters.

Providing , laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including screening of aggregates from granular materials premixing the materials with water at OMC in wet mix plant , carriage of mix materials by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including supply of all materials , machinery , fuel and lubricants including incidental cost for lighting , guarding , barricading , making earthen bundh to protect the edges including cost of quality control complete as per clause 406 of specification for Road and Bridge works of MORTH (5th Revision )

Water Bound Macadam Base Course Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) On Granular Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm.)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with Hot Mix Plant using approved crushed aggregates of specified grading as per Table 500.7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled with suitable power roller for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling as per specification to achieve the desired - compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per Clause 504 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). For Grading 1 (40 mm nominal size, 80-100 mm thick.) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.

Open graded premix surfacing using bituminous binder of viscosity grade paving bitumen or modified bitumen binder and mobile hot mix plant (light duty):- providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness with VG-30 grade of bitumen composed of 13.2mm (@0.018Cum/Sqm) and 11.2mm (@0.009 Cum/Sqm) size stone aggregate, including thorough cleaning of the surface, screening, cleaning and preheating stone chips and fully precoating the same either using viscosity grade bitumen or cutback or emulsion carrying the mixture by suitable arrangement, laying the mixture uniformly over the surface, including line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared based, including mixing in mobile hot mix plant and thoroughly rolling with a smoth wheeled roller 8 - 10 ton capacity, finished to required level and grade including the cost of carriage of stone chips and mattrix, heating the mattrix, preheating the aggregate to require temp. and including the hire charges of mobile hot mix plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants etc complete to be followed by sealed coat of either type-A or type -B as per technical specification, clause 508 for rural roads of MORTH Grade of bitumen VG-30 (packed) 60/70.

Providing and laying Premixed Seal Coat (Type B) with approved quality sand/grit @ 0.6 m3/ 100 m2 and bitumen binder on thoroughly cleaned black top surface coated with tack coat, including heating and mixing cleaned sand/grit (100 % passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 180 micron sieve) uniformly with bitumen binder, laying and spreading the mix at an uniform rate using suitable means, brushing the surface, if necessary, to ensure uniformity, followed by rolling with power roller including the cost and carriage of binder and aggregates, cost of heating the binder and aggregates and all other incidental charges, cost of fuel and lubricants, including hire charges of machineries, tools & plants required for construction and quality control complete as per Clause 511 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring a homogeneous mix, in which all particles of mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MORT&H (5th Revision). For Grading 2L13.2 mm nominal size, 40 mm thick) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100 – 120TP.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per specifications, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, for all leads & lifts, laid with a mechanical paver, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking concrete block pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure (As per clause no 6.30 of IRC : Sp: 63 (2018) , from BIS license manufacturer , with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving block as per Cl No 3.26 of IS : 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (the ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per CL No 3.3 of IS : 15658) as per Table 2 of IS15658 with flexural strength / breaking load as per Annexure G of IS15658 on prepared base course of specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a couson of compacted bedding sand of 25-35mm thick (Grading of bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver block with joint filling sand (the grading of joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per clause no. 8.7 of IRC SP-63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction, leveling and filling up of the edge gap. 120mm thick Grey(Dentated or dumble shaped)

Hire Charges for operation of LCV mounted Jetting cum Suction Machine (Total capacity of the tank of Jetting cum Suction Machine is 5000 liters ( Water intake capacity is 2000 liters and Sludge intake capacity is 3000 liters) and removal of sludge will be done through hose pipe and dumping will be within 1 k.m. radius” ) for 08 hrs. Per day including 30 minutes lunch break at day shift for cleaning /removing chokage of under ground drainage system at different location including cost of fuel, lubricants driver and helpers etc as directed all complete but excluding G.S.T.

Handing and placing of precast RCC beam or similar component in proper line and level by using JCB or any other suitable mechanical equipment with tools and tackles including hire charge of machinery , fuel , permit etc for the mechanical equipment and labour all inclusive and complete.

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 450 mm x 350 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with bevelled nosing at top) of cement concreat M20 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in- Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete

Dismantling kerb stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in double row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD. 600 mm dia

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in- charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1956 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finished structural members or 7% of weight for finished structural members weighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finished structal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increased allow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperate payment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer In Charge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2nd floor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof. Supplying, fitting and fixing retro-reflective warning & regulatory sign with imported reflective sticker of approved quality for lettering direction, arrow,symbol etc. pasted on 14 S.W.C plain galvanised steel of TATA make having clean cut edge & radiuses at all corners painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming on both sides of the G.I sheet by spray painting with necessary bolting etc. The rate includes cost of reflective sign sticker, G.I sheet, fitting fixing , hoisting & placing in position on steel frame work with necessary tack welding in bolting complete as per approved drawing etc. & direction of Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel frame. a) Retro reflective sign on one side.
