M&L for taking down indoor and outdoor unit of split air conditioner and voltage stablizer of any size/capacity including copper pipe and connection lead and depositing in MES store yard including making good the disturbed surface to match with existing wall finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking down ceiling fan, exhaust fan, desert cooler of any size/capacity and depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for taking down geyser of any size/capacity and depositing in MES store yard including making good the disturbed surface to match with existing wall finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F air cooled inverter type, split unit air conditioner electric driven, single phase of capacity of 1.5 TR, BEE 5 star rated, energy efficiency ratio >3.6, cooling capacity should be more or equal to 5250 watt, Refrigerant environmentl friendly R410a, condenser type copper ( grooved), Compressor- Rotary type, supply 220 V, copper pipe should be min 12 feet in length which has to be installed with machine. All accessories which shall be required to istall the AC ( including MS angle stand, Minimum 2.5 mtr drain pipe, digital remote with battery). Additional feature should be Automatic Humidity Control, Corrosion Resistance Coating, dust filter, turbo mode, Green Anti Bacterial Eva Coils, anti bacteria filter and color od AC should be in milky/off Whilte Only .The supplier shall be liable for warranty for minimum period of 12 months for AC and 5 years for compressor. Supply and Hanging, ceiling fan, with brushless DC motor, 1200 mm sweep with down rod, canopy, fan blades and accessories and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated, sheathed round flexible wire with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.0 Sq mm, 3 core, 1100 Volts grade, from ceiling rose/ connector to fan complete all as specified and directed.
