Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed in : b) All types of Ordinary rock including all types of laterite rock, blasting prohibited : SC Trench: S/C (1.1*0.45*12500) & D/C (1.1*0.6* 8000)

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge. =(0.9*0.45*13500)+(0.9*0.6*8000)

Supply and laying of underground cable protective cover as per specification as given below: The concrete slab shall be machine made using semidry concrete that is batched in a fully autimatic PLC controlled concrete batching plant and cast in a fully automatic "vibro-Press" machine with a high vibration frequency and hyraulic pressure of 40 MT, the size of the slab shall be 480mm x 250mm x 50 mm, (+/- 2mm) and the concrete grade shall be M30 adhering to IS 456:2000 and shall have a minimum crushing strength of 30 N/mm2/(28 days strength) when tested.= 13500/0.48+=(8000/0.48)*2

Supplying and filling in plinth under floors, trenches including watering ramming consolidating, dressing, complete. (0.2*0.45*13500)-(0.03*13500)+=(0.2*0.45*8000)-(0.08*8000)

LATERITE MASONARY WORKS: RUBBLE PACKING WITH HARD LATERITE STONE UNDER FLOORS INCLUDING WATERING RAMMING AND CONSOLIDATING ETC. IN PIPELINE TRENCHES AND OTHER FOUNDATION COMPLETE FOR: c)Single Circuit 11kV Cable Trench (0.2*0.7*13000m) & D/C 11KV cable trench (0.2*0.9*3200m)

Laying of 11KV UG Cable size 300Sqmm by trenchless technology by adopting horizontal directional drilling (HDD method). The work includes preparation of site, boring as well as drawing of cable in Hard/Laterite Soil with minimum 8" bore size, including supply and erection of HDPE pipe 110mm, PN6, PE80, wall thickness 6.5mm (minimum) as per IS 4984:1995 amendment 2016. The depth shall be 1.650m to 1.850m (1650-18500 only except at entry and exit pits where minimum depth shall be 1200mm.
