Part-A Daily cleaning: Daily collecting all floating materials such as algae, tree leaves etc. from Pond by suitable means such as skimmer net etc. by using boat provided by Department and disposing the collected material at location within Anushaktinagar as approved by EIC. Scope of work includes followings: (i) Cleaning shall be done properly so that foul smell of algae shall not form, floating tree leaves etc. shall be removed immediately before getting rotten to avoid forming foul smell. (ii) Collecting liquid / powder chemicals (department’s free issue) from DCSEM store situated at Anushaktinagar, transporting to site and spreading over water surface of the pond as and when instructed by EIC. (iii) Carrying out any other work related to cleaning of pond as per terms & conditions of the tender and as per instructions of EIC. (iv) Providing minimum 2 skilled & 2 semiskilled swimmers cum cleaners (total 04 nos.) every day for cleaning of pond. 'Note: (i) The agency shall ensure that there is no foul smell from the pond water. (ii) The quoted rate is inclusive of GST and all other applicable taxes etc.

Part - B Alum: Supply , mixing & dosing of alum at required proporation (quantity as per EIC) in pond as per instruction by EIC Alum (50Kg X per month )

Bleaching Powder: Supply ,mixing and spraying of Bleaching Powder over wet garbage , wet algae and areas etc as per instruction by EIC. Bleaching powder (50Kg X per month )

UPVC PIPE: Supplying & fixing on Exposed surfaces the following dia. ASTM nontreaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467 (white or offwhite colour) of specified class, consisting following items of work:- i)Supplying & fixing ASTM non-treaded UPVC sovent welded pipes as per ASTM D-1785 and fittings as per ASTM D-2466 and ASTM D-2467 . ii) Laying and fixing the pipe and specials below the ground or floor to correct line, level and plumb for water supply line. iii) Testing the pipe line to a hydraulic pressure as per manufacturers cataglouge for leak proof joint or as per relavant code. iv) Making leak proof threaded / welded joints. including cutting the pipe, cleaning, marking, heating, welding, cooling etc. and the cost of jointing materials. v) Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. vi) Providing and fixing UPVC weldable / threaded fittings such as Union, Nipples, Bendes, Elbows, Tees, Reducers, End caps, Couplers, Adaptors, Saddles, Plugs, Tank connectors, Expansion loops, Bypass bends, etc. Schedule 40 Pipes and Fittings of Approved make

UPVC BALL VALVE: Providing and Fixing UPVC (white or offwhite colour) Ball valve with stainless steel / Brass ball of Approved make suitable for pipe pressure class with material and labour, making water proof joints, including cost of jointing material and UPVC specials if required & testing the joints.Including 4" long nipple pipes, etc complete as per directions of engineer-in-charge.

Part - C (Rebate) Taking away the fishes as Rebate Item from pond SJVV in Anushaktinagar. Quantity of taking away fishes shall be decided by EIC . NOTE: Arrangement of catching fish net, life jackets etc shall be provided by or arranged by Agency. Please Note that the amount quoted in Part - C shall be deducted from the total of Part A + B and thus form Grand Total.
