Cutting and renewal of wornout and damaged pipe lines supporting structure & ladders including fabrication and erection of new supporting structure & ladders at "O" metre area including T&P's and cost of consumables etc. (Material will be supplied by TNPGCL at free of cost )

Charges for one coat painting of Epoxy Zinc Chromate primer (30 microns) and two coats epoxy paint (60 microns each coat) and paint colours as per site requirement by site Engineer instruction in the sea water lines, ACW lines, SCS, plate heat exchanger with connected lines, debris filter area, Condenser area, dozing lines, Air compressors connected lines, receiver tanks, instruments air dryers, service air compressors, receiver tanks, service air dryers, connected pipe lines, service water pipe lines, OLTC lines, all the pumps connected lines in Unit-I,II & III including cost of paint, consumables & T&P’s. (The contractor should apply any one of the following company paints-ASIAN, BERGER, NEROLAC and ADDISION)
