ICHP- Complete servicing of ABB make 6.6 KV, HB HPA type SF6 Breakers in HT Bus-5A 5B.

Charges for removing the HB breaker from cubicles, dismantling the breaker truck cover, dismantling the mechanism from the truck disconnection of wiring from terminal block, dismantling the main mechanism parts such as lever , cam disk drive shaft complete, eccentric shaft, trip bar, close /trip magnetic coils assembly, spring charge motor etc., cleaning them with rustoline / NC thinner/Molykote checking the parts and replacing them if necessary – Dismantling the spring charge motor, removal of carbon dust on the commutator with molykote, checking the condition of needle bearing bush etc., replacing them if necessary – Cleaning of main spring drive chain and assembling main mechanism parts with proper alignment if necessary inspection the insulating rod and replacing the same, cleaning the moving contact and fixed contact fingers , removal of carbon scale using molykote, checking the condition of ‘O’ rings and replacing the same assembling the 3 phase pole part in the housing with proper alignment and checking the breaker operations evacuating the pole with the evacuating the pole with the evacuating pump and then filling up the poles with SF6 Gas to adequate pressure dismantling 3 No. wheels in the truck, checking needle bearing and renewing if necessary replacing the 24 Nos. wheel balls, applying grease and assembling in the truck all joints, terminations and bolts tightness to be checked. Assembling the main mechanism in the truck restoring the wiring connection in the respective TB’s connecting the adjusting rod between pole operating shaft and main mechanism lever including cost of consumables like banian waste, grease, NC thinner , rustoline and electrical contact cleaner (Kli-nit spray gun) and all T & P hire charges, etc.,

Charges for removing the HPA breaker from cassette box, dismantling all the breaker mechanism parts servicing them checking the condition of the parts, servicing the spring charging motor, micro switches limit switches etc., if necessary replacing the identified wornout parts, including cost of consumables like banian waste, grease, NC thinner, rusholine and electrical contact cleaner (Kli-nit spray gun ) and hire charges for all T & P etc., complete.(Required spares will be supplied by Board)
