Providing and laying in finishing walls Old work two or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm with water proofing cement paint of required shade with Removing dry old painted surfaces and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete work.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of G.S. Sheet.

Providing and fixing in wall lining medium density fibre board 18 mm thick, Pre-laminated one side decorative lamination and other side balancing lamination, with necessary fixing arrangement and screws etc. complete

Providing & fixing glass panes 4 mm thick with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical / manual means in fdn trenches or drain n-exc 1.5 m in cluding dressing of side and bottoms, lift up to n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed,within a lead of 50 m. in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 as in foundation filling and mass concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, All work up to plinth level.
