Flat Bed Drying Press shall be steam-heated, pneumatically operated, with centrifugal vacuum bed, complete in all respects.
Head and Bed Size : 1500 mm × 750 mm.
Main Body : Fabricated from heavy-duty steel sheets and plates with channel-section base frame, finished with hot-painted coating.
Press Head : Manufactured from high-quality steel plates with a precision-machined ironing surface, ground smooth and polished. The pressing surface shall be lined with a Teflon sheet. The head shall be pneumatically operated for raising and lowering through push buttons located at the front work table. The head shall be spring-suspended on rocker arms for automatic self-alignment with the bed and shall incorporate multiple steam chambers for uniform heating.
Rocker Arms : Mounted on ball bearings for smooth operation. The front head weight shall be counterbalanced by springs. A pneumatic cylinder connected to the rocker arms shall provide controlled raising and lowering of the press head.
Bed : Large perforated bed with heat-resistant molleton/silicone padding and integral centrifugal vacuum system.
