Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed as a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting points complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, PCC (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in path / hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of existing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape any size, laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape any size and refixing the same with sand cushioning not less than 40mm thick (average) at same or other location with proper slope complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any Shape any size (except tiles) with sand cushioning not less than 40mm thick (average) at same or other location with proper slope complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrète interlocking paver block coloured rubber moulded any shape any size with grèy œment and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete.

M & L for Precast cement concrete kerbs stone block (M-30) of size 300x 150x 375 mm depth, including weathering, slightiy rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl fixing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kerbs and like including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning cleaned surfaces with with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc all as specifed and directed. (Note: Rate included for removing grass,vegitation/scum on black top surfacee grass, root & vegetation/scum complete to the entire satisfaction of Eng- in - Charge. Note : Cleaning should be done through air - compressor.

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam, laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber ( consolidated) thickness 75 mm or less using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 as binder @ 4% by weight of total mix using mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to a uniform smooth surface completed all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M& L for applying evenly with a tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion RS-1 at @ 3.5 Kg per 10 Sqm on existing black top road all as specifed and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with vibrator roller and / or 8 to 10 tonne static road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mixing shall be done in hot mix plants

M & L for painting centre line, arrow, dashes, letters etc not exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with retro reflective thermoplastic roads marking paint not less than 2mm thick of approved make applied with machine as per manufacturers instruction including preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint (white / coloured) including prepration of old painted surfaces on brick. stone concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any discription over 10cm girth not otherwise described complete all as directed.

M&L for one coat of glazed lacquer hardener paint (polyurethane and acrylic polymers based anti fungal) (Make Granotone) including prepration of old painted surfaces on brick, stone concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surface of any discription over 10cm girth not otherwise described complete all as directed.
